Incredible friendly and efficient service. I live in Canada and had a package sent to our son in Singapore. The people at Paddybox made everything so easy and we were kept informed of the package in transit every step right up to delivery. Our lad was thrilled with the goodies and we are thrilled with the service provided. Will be back in February for our other lads birthday. Great job everyone at Paddybox.

Put an order in today. Within minutes I was contacted to check i wanted the 2 box's I had ordered. I only wanted one box which they corrected straight away and refunded the difference. Great customer care.

The response from the customer care team was almost immediate and the advice given solved my query. Cannot fault the experience, will definitely use them again.

Received a lovely Paddy Birthday Box to Uk. Lovely packaging & sturdy box. The contents will be devoured tomorrow & my son loves the Tin Whistle! I received a message this morning and updated delivery location, however it was still delivered to my front door and was in the sun for 6 hrs. All Chocolate items are well melted and are in the fridge. Perhaps delivery service didn’t read the box/messsge.

Ordered from Paddy Box on Saturday night (25 April) for my son living in Vancouver, and it was delivered by the Wednesday—couldn’t ask for better service! It was such a lovely reminder of home for him. He was over the moon. He opened the box while we faced timed on his Birthday! Everything arrived quickly and in great condition. Really impressed with how smooth and efficient the whole process was. Will definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend!

I have ordered from The Paddy Box a couple of times with excellent service and no issue with delivery. Not so lucky this time. Ordered an Easter box for my friend in New Orleans on the 20th of March and it has been held up in customs so still undelivered as of today the 1st of May. I understand that this is out of control of The Paddy Box company however I think that there should be a mention on the website that deliveries are not guaranteed within a certain time frame - especially in this scenario for Easter. I honestly wouldn't have ordered it if I knew there was a chance that it would still be undelivered a month after it was due to be delivered. I have given up at this point. Update 7th May 2026: Clare from The Paddy Box contacted me and issued a full refund which I very much appreciate.

Ordering from the site,so easy and delivery seamless roadrunner couldn't do it any quicker,delivered way ahead of expectation with DHL. So impressed ordered the second time ,delivery to Australia again, looking forward to the same experience as is self made Christmas box. Would recommend this company to anyone no hesitation so professional

The Paddy Box itself was lovely. The delivery service by u p s was bad. They said attempted delivery which they didnt because 2 people were home all day. They left box at collection point which was drive away but my daughter doesn't have a car so had take a taxi First attempt collecting was failure cos you needed an invoice notice number which I didn't have and ups s didnt provide. A day letter my daughter had to take taxi to collect which eventually she managed. The whole delivery service completely ruined what was to be a nice house warming surprise. I will never use u p s again

I paid for a dhl express delivery for my brothers birthday present. It was 20 euros extra! delivery was supposed to be 1 to 2 working days and should have arrived on his bday. I checked this with online customer service. I found out afterwards that this does not include Saturdays.....which seems abit ridiculous for express service especially when it is so expensive! The package wont arrive until after the bday now

Booked a paddy box with mark over the phone on a Thursday to go to my pal in Cyprus which arrived on Saturday, absolutely brilliant service .I will use again definitely!

I have sent several emails and also contacted via the chat site regarding generating a return on a box that was sent to me.
I have had no response to any emails, extremely poor customer care.
I look forward to hearing from you soon as it's over a week now since my first contact.
I have valid reasons for this request and believe my experience falls well below your usual and expected standards.

Substitutions without notice are an issue

Both my son in Germany and my daughter in Spain
have both just received their Paddy Boxes. They
love getting them and they particularly like the
Christmas tree decoration. They now have three and
look forward to receiving more. Thank you for being

Never recieved goods or refund. Be very careful about using this site. I basically gave this company 73 euros and have nothing to show for it. My friend never recieved their gift and I have had no response from Paddybox to my last email requesting a refund.

Very prompt delivery and the quality of the purchases was amazing .
