SCAM COMPANY DO NOT USE !!! ordered wrap from this company it did not show up , i contacted them they said they would ring back but didn't so rang them back they didn't want to talk and said they would ring me back again but i said no where's my order they said its been lost in transit , asked for it to be sent again they said no problem , still no sign of the pallet wrap and now they wont answer the phone no more now so lost my money , I've emailed them and called multiple times but nothing , totally scammed by this company DO NOT USE THEM

Damage and no response yet.
I have never had an issue previously but am now very concerned after reading other reviews. My order (1180) was sent out in 3 parcels. 2 have been delivered to my neighbour, the third has been "Damaged Beyond Repair" during transit with Evri. A situation Evri made me aware of. I have forwarded the situation to the company, responding to the email confirmation, and also forwarding the email to their Customer Services and Order emails. I have also raised it as a claim with PayPal. I have not yet received a response and will update my review once I get one. However, unless they resolve this very quickly I shall not be using them again and would recommend that others don't use them as issues do happen, but they must be resolved.
Edit: They have still not responded, I am trusting that PayPal will refund the money that is wasted on their awful service. I have now researched and found a cheaper supplier (Stock Supplies Ltd!) so will be using them in the future. AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS COMPANY
