Poor Customer Service
I placed an order for three products on 11.12.2021. After over a week, no dispatch notice had been received. I queried this with the Organic Boutique using their online form. No response was received to this query, I then received an email confirming my money had been refunded. There was no explanation as to why this had been done. When I replied to the email address given to me in the refund email I received a message failure confirming the email address did not exist. Poor customer service!
