Great working with Mike. Tailored his coaching style to best suit me. Really felt sessions have had a huge impact on me and my management tools.

When I started my coaching with Mike it was very soon after Covid, doubts about my job, confidence dropped & a serious anxiety condition to manage. With his help I managed to find a new path to confidence & a clear view of my future both professionally & personally. I am now in a great personal relationship with a very busy & successful professionally life. Myself and my girlfriend are also about to bring to life a new venture in the form of our own company which I would never have had the courage to do before. I have been working with Mike for over a year now. It’s hard to explain how much my confidence has grown during this time but it was only recently when Mike asked me to write up a review for the last year that I realised what I had achieved and was so caught up in day to day working and family life, that I hadn’t taken time to stop and reflect. It was heart-warming and I am very grateful to have had Mike there for me though some of the more difficult times, he has been a massive support and has been incredibly motivational over the past year or so.
Mike is so easy to talk to, he’s so relaxed but professional and focused, he gives me encouragement and support when I need it. Everything seems clearer when we talk – there is always a solution. Covid has created so many challenges to so many businesses and we have been no exception; Mike has supported me through this, setting out achievable weekly short term goals and targets which we work on weekly and then more recently long-term goals have set out what’s needed for the future and working through these have provided me with the passion and drive and belief in myself I need in order to take it to the next level.
I have also learnt a lot about myself working with Mike and how my personality impacts some of the business decisions I make. It’s really nice now that whenever anything comes up during the week that I’d normally have taken home with me and stressed over, maybe not sleeping or concentrating on my family, I now just write it down in my book and we discuss it in our weekly check-ins.
