The friendliest , most reliable fragrance company I’ve dealt with . I absolutely love their range of different dupes . They’re so different to the other company’s who have the same fragrances time and time again . Keep up the big dupe lists !! It’s so refreshing 💜

My new supplier
I've ordered a selection of fragrances oils from the oil store uk.
All of them that I've ordered have smelt amazing, I've found some of my absolute favourites!
The turn around was incredibly quick and considering it was during launch this is impressive.
All the oils I ordered came extremely well packaged. No spillage, which happens a lot from larger companies.
The owner is always on hand with any answers or advice and really knows her stuff.
I don't think I'll be using any other supplier from now on.

New fave supplier. Strong oils, quick dispatch and free clp. What’s not to love. Hot Pink Flamingo, Staying Home, Clouds and Mr Grey are all my faves. Try them, you won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful fragrances
Beautiful fragrances, I've loved every one I've ordered so far. I've had to order in smaller quantities at times but I understand that this is a new, small family run business so have been happy to do so while they get to grips with their demand!
I also love that they are actively seeking out unusual fragrances that aren't stocked by every other oil supplier, and they are beautiful quality ❤️ Highly recommend!

Not for me
I have repeatedly contacted this store regarding a fragrance oil but all they say is "coming very soon"," next week", " we have it but haven't bottled it yet" ... I have waited over 2 months and it is still not on their website - I won't bother contacting them again!

I am so sorry you feel The Oil Store is not for you. The fragrance oil you are referring to is Blue Grotto as per your email, it has not been two months as we did not advertise this fragrance two months ago. You emailed us at the end of July when we stated the oil was coming soon, at that time we were getting the oil made for us, and as you can understand once the oil is made it’s sent for us to test, we test all of our fragrance oils before they are put on sale and this can take some time, we then went on our summer holiday, which was advertised all over our website and social media. The new oils were always advertised to go live upon our return which was the end of August. At the minute we are still a family run business, so we didn’t have anyone to bottle up the oils when we were away. The oils are now available on the website as advertised.
Again, we are truly sorry you feel we are not for you.

Customer service and support can be improved
The actual scents are quite nice. Thought I would try this company as it was recommended by a friend, but I was not impressed with the customer care side. As a new customer I would pull out all the stops and rectify issues. It was my fault I had not clearly asked for CLP labels, I did not receive any email from them as they said they sent one to check, I also checked my spam, but then sent me a link to order some! Happy to buy them as it's my fault for not making it clear, bit just felt as a first time buyer a little more nurturing could of been done as IV never ordered from them before, needless to say, I will be sticking to my regular suppliers as customer service and support is equally as important to me as the product.

I am so sorry you feel this way. Customer service is really important to us! You emailed us once you received your products and asked where your CLP was, we have the CLP section on our website and as those were left blank we normally assume CLP is not needed. We did email you asking if you required this, I am unsure why you never received this. We explained you can purchase CLP labels separately for all of our fragrances and sent you the link to this.
Again, we really do try and go above and beyond for all of our customers, as we would not have a business without you.
