My experience with NFBC was brilliant .I had CO2 laser resurfacing treatment , Lauren was very professional and had a lot of knowledge about the treatment which was very reassuring. Lauren also advised me on other treatments to benefit my skin type and concerns. I received an email about after care which was so helpful and guided me through the next couple of weeks and also catch up calls from Lauren . I've never had Laser Hair Removal before, and rarely ever visit wellness clinics of any kind. The clinic was calm when entering, and Carly was able to talk me through the process, what to expect, how to prepare for my first treatment. The treatment itself was smooth and without discomfort, using state of the art equipment. I'm already looking forward to seeing lasting results over my returning visits.

From my initial enquiry and conversations with Lauren to my patch test and first treatment with Katherine, I cannot recommend this place enough. Professional, friendly, welcoming and full of knowledge which all completely put me at ease. If you are a bit overwhelmed as to where to go for face or body treatments, i can honestly say, try here, I'm so pleased I did. Highly recommend

Went here to get a couple of blocked pores sorted and was seen by the lovely Rebecca. Fantastic experience from start to finish. Great communication before the appointment, top notch service during it and all at a fantastic price. The clinic is also beautifully appointed it was more like having a mini spa session than a medical one. Might have to find a reason to go back!

I had a fantastic treatment with Carly. She gave me all the necessary info before we got started and made me feel so at ease. Couldn’t recommend more!

Carley is great very friendly and professional. I have done my laser hair removal sessions last year and am coming again this year for smaller top ups. The clinic is comfortable and in a convenient location.

I've been having an amazing experience with Kat and Summer at NFBC. Their warmth and friendliness makes a huge difference to the insecurities an aging woman faces at this point in her life.

The technical side of our treatments haven't taken full effect, but working with them has given me a better sense of control over this point in my life (middle aged spread), and has supported the amount of time I dedicate daily to fitness and nutrition. So thankfully I have now gone down a dress size, and mentally and feeling significantly better about my physical outlook.

It will be very strange not seeing the girls every week, as it's something I've very much looked forward to. But everything is a process, and we will be working with each other again in due course.

Professional. Relaxed. Laidback. I’ve had a few tattoo sessions with the lovely ladies at the NFBC and it’s always an absolute pleasure. They are thoroughly professional at what they do and the results are amazing! If you’re thinking of getting a tattoo removed, don’t hesitate. The price is incredibly reasonable too!

I had an appointment to have a few moles removed by NFBC. Unfortunately, the laser that 'Nurse Rebecca' used made the moles bleed uncontrollably, and the treatment had to be terminated for safety reasons. In my clinic notes, she blamed the excessive bleeding on blood-thinners, even though my medical consent form stated that I am not on any. I left the clinic with my face a mess, and the bleeding continued for hours after the failed procedures. Weeks later, after having undergone unnecessary downtime with discomfort and unsightly scabbing, the moles still remained very much in tact, albeit discoloured and disfigured. I requested a refund, but NFBC refused, expecting me instead to return for remedial treatment using an electrolysis device. Nothing says human guinea pig quite like my experience with NFBC. I have since had the moles successfully (and bloodlessly!) removed at another clinic, without any complication, thereby proving (if any more proof were needed!) that NFBC's laser mole removal service is not up to scratch. Speaking of which, I would be surprised if my 8 year old niece couldn't get better results with a sheet of sandpaper. I have now issued a claim against the clinic in the county court, which NFBC's lawyer says they intend to fully defend at trial. I would strongly advise you to save your face / body, time and money, and go to a CQC regulated clinic that doesn't carry out trial and error laser treatments at the customer's expense.
