I ordered 2 signs for my wedding on a rush order, as they were very expensive so it had to be a last minute purchase as we were unsure if we could afford them but we wanted them so badly! I'd looked at a few company's but after a web chat with The Neon Sign Co and them promising it would be delivered in time if I paid for a rush order, I went with them.
2 signs, £638.10 ordered on February 16th to be delivered by February 27th at the latest for my wedding on the 28th. I had paid extra for 7 day delivery... March 16th they were delivered, a month after ordering.
George Moore, their managing director has absolutely no customer service skills, despite me being so upset as we had worked so hard for that money for something we wanted for our wedding, he made me feel like I was squabbling over £10.
The £50 refund offered "as a good will gesture and for the inconvenience" was just plain insulting.
I'm £638.10 down with an unopened sign package that I may as well throw away now.

Very well packaged and works well. Delivered within a reasonable timeframe but it was expensive.
Overall, I'm happy. I just hope it lasts ;-)

Absolutely love our new sign. I had quite a few questions which were answered efficiently on the web chat.
Sign arrived quickly and was packaged so well, took a while to get into see it but would rather it be like this.
Would definitely recommend this company and will buy again from them.

The adapter never arrived. It was ordered on 28th December.

Ordered a neon sign (angel wings and halo) for my partners salon. Came in about a month which was expected. Excellent quality. The only gripes is size. Yes it was stated on the website. But as a suggestion it would be good to have their neon sign sizes next to an average height person for comparison.

Very happy with the experience. Many options to make our sign bespoke and thrilled with the end product. Didn’t take too long to arrive well packaged. Looks great!

Had a custom made neon and seller was able to price match from another neon light seller which was fantastic as I was on a tight budget.

Price wise it is expensive and the larger neon you go for the more your going to pay.

Mine came in about 3 weeks and I was extremely happy with it. Surprised to see the neon light was actually made out of rubber and not an actual glass bulb but this way it’s even better because it’s not as fragile.

Had pre-cut holes on the acrylic and it came with everything you need to secure onto the wall.

Company was prompt in answering all my emails (there were a few).

Overall very happy and highly recommend this company for neon lights.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life.

I initially ordered a custom sign, it arrived promptly and initially I was happy and had no problems. After around 6 weeks of use, the sign stopped working properly. I emailed them and after around 2 weeks I finally had a response, they offered to send a replacement part which temporarily fixed it.

Fast forward another 4 weeks, same problem again, the sign stopped working. So again I emailed them, after waiting weeks for a reply they finally agreed to replace the item with a new sign which I was happy about. (Bear in mind, every single email response takes them around 2 weeks, so to have a conversation about the same issue can take up to 6 weeks).

Fast forward another 4/6 weeks, the new sign breaks AGAIN, at this point I’ve had enough and asked for a refund. I was told rather than a refund they will send me a new sign to which I refused as I’m sure i would have the same problem as the 3 previous times.

After weeks of waiting for a response, they’re now asking me to send the sign back out of my own pocket, even though they’re legally required to collect it as it is. They want to review it and see why it’s broken, they gave me a list of reasons why they won’t be able to refund me, (if the sign is broken due to the transformer burning out etc).

Regardless of why it’s broken I’m entitled to a full refund. Even if it’s repairable legally I can refuse the repair and get a refund but they’re reluctant to give me one.

Their customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced in my life, the response time to emails it’s awful. I’m now having to take legal action to try and get a refund for the multiple faulty items they’ve sent me.

I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone, avoid them like the plague! I will be posting updates as I get them.

UPDATE!!!
The managing director is now sending me threatening emails, and saying I apparently ‘don’t want the sign and it isn’t broken’. I have no idea where this has came from, if I didn’t want the sign I wouldn’t of ordered it in the first place. If it wasn’t broken I wouldn’t be taking legal action against them, everybody do yourself a favour and stay away from these cowboys.

If anybody needs proof I can send them the screenshots from our email conversations and videos of the sign not working properly

Looks absolutely amazing and turned up exactly when promised

It was easy to place an order once I had finally chosen a design. The order came very well packaged, with no damage and supplied with a fitting kit.
I had been unsure of which design to go for with having so much choice, but as a fan of The Smiths and Morrissey it was a no brainer to go for 'There is a light that never goes out'.
Bright light and good it has a dimmer function controlled by the remote. I can't wait to get the sign mounted.

So happy with our sign, the build your own sign feature on the website was so easy and quick, and it is so helpful knowing the cost upfront. Daisy was always very helpful over email and phone, and we massively appreciated the team's efforts to despatch our sign within a couple of days.
