I have contacted them saying my order has had no updates and still isnt here and they said they would give me an update 4 days ago yet still nothing now they arent replying at all do not order of here they steal your money very poor customer service!

Ordered 3 dog toys, including one that is our Collie's favourite (Camera Plush Dig Toy by P.L.A.Y). She's had three of these, and I was pleased to see The Natural Pet Store stocked them.

The box arrived, and it wasn't there! What was there was a rope toy that we would never have ordered. The item was shown as in stock on their website, and I had no email saying it was out of stock, and would I like to substitute it? I would not have.

The toy is useless for our dog, who would simply destroy it (why we would never have ordered it).

Three emails, one via their website contact us page, all unanswered, tried to call but just got a 'as we are a small company we are unable to man our phones' message! What BS, why have a phone number if you are 'too small a company' to answer it?

Won't be ordering from this shoddy company again if they can't be bothered to engage with their customers or deliver the correct items.

Paid for express 2 working day delivery because my dog needs new food due to urgent medical condition. Placed order on Saturday and by Thursday still not delivered. They do not answer phone and will not provide refund. I have requested several times the very least they should refund me is the postage I paid on what would otherwise be free if not delivered as express.

Ordered dog food less than 24 hours ago and it’s arrived at my door already. Struggled to find a company that would ship a particular brand to Northern Ireland, and presumed it would take ages if I found one that did, so pleasantly surprised. Thank you!

Great service and always good communication when going through my subscription

I ordered a product from the website that was definitely not 'Click and Collect' only, and they canceled my order because they said the product is 'Click and Collect' only. They are not serious, and I do not recommend buying from them. I am very disappointed.

On top of that, they should have first sent me an email or something to let me know they were canceling the product, so I could have ordered something else. I ordered it for my dog, and now I am left without that product because they didn’t contact me beforehand to inform me about the issue or mistake.

I ordered 6 trays of 6 dog food tins in mid December 2024, while the delivery arrived quickly it only contained 4 of the 6 trays (so 12 missing tins).

I emailed and they replied quickly saying they’d send replacements, however these never arrived, I emailed again to chase and they said these would be sent out imminently but have not seemingly been dispatched or arrived. They are now not responding to my emails and the phone line is just a voicemail saying to email, so I am absolutely stuck and £41.58 out of pocket.

Ordering was straight-forward. When my order didn't arrive, because of the courier, I emailed the Natural PetStore to check what courier options I had in future - they never bothered replying to my email.
Then when my parcel was lost, I emailed them and they said it's the fault of the shop where my parcel was delivered. No apologies, no solutions. They may as well have said 'tough sh*t'. Fortunately my parcel did turn up a few days later, but no thanks to The Natural Pet stores poor customer service. Consequently I shan't be ordering from them again.

Fraud and wastage of money

Ordered some dog food - but only received half the order, and trying to get any help with the missing dog food has been like pulling teeth!
Wanted to support a smaller company - but very poor communication!

Highly recommended pet food, the difference it has made to our three dogs health is amazing.....

Good choice and strong toys for my vigorous dog

Excellent and flexible website. Great prices and quality products.

I received my order in good time, however I found an issue with it immediately.
I emailed them, no response.
I rang, just a message on their phone saying to email, which obviously doesn't work, I've also sent a message on Facebook messenger, again, no response. If anyone knows how to contact these people let me know. I do feel a bit of a fool, I did want to support a small business rather than the big .boys, but it's definitely come back & bit me on the bum, sadly. My first & last transaction & that's down to their lack of customer service.

I ordered 2 dog toys. They emailed me saying they were coming in 2 separate orders . One arrived and the other never did. Royal Mail tracking said it was lost in Cirencester depo. This was over 2 weeks ago. After Numerous emails to this store n unable to call their telephone line as nobody picks up they respond that they will send a replacement. Replacement still yet to arrive and no tracking provided. Not answering emails again despite their website saying they respond in 24 hours. Very poor service and I would NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. mind you the toy that got lost is the more expensive of the 2.
