Everything went fine, except that the package came one day later than the predicted date range. Not a big problem though.

I purchased a 12 kg bag of Burns dry dog food today and was offered 10% off my first order and free delivery.I did not receive either and I immediately emailed to cancel and request a refund.I received an email from James to say I had been issued a refund.I have not received the refund and emailed James to ask him when I should expect to receive the refund,I have not had a reply.

I have a repeat order of Arden grange dog food which is better price than any where else and is always delivered on time.

Incomplete order delivered, no communication after the issue was raised sadly

As with previous order, I was kept updated with this order. It arrived quickly on expected date. Price was quite good so very happy. I will certainly use this site again.

Absolutely shocking service. AVOID.

I bought some tins of dog food from here. They arrived today in a huge box without any packaging. The box also didn’t have “handle with care” on it. Three of the tins were in terrible condition, they were extremely badly dented and popped.

This has happened in the past with previous companies and I’ve emailed them to ask for a partial refund which they have always given.

I did the same with Natural Pet Store, provided a video and photos of the tins and asked for a partial refund.

I got an email back from Ashley advising that the tins would need to be sent back to the company before any refund is issued. This is contrary to their own website and consumer law. Ashley then proceeded to tell me that they would need the tins back to send to the supplier. I don’t have a relationship with the supplier.

All I was asking for was £8.85 (3 days worth of food for us which is a lot in a cost of living crisis) as a refund and I was expected to send the tins back before any refund was issued.

Please avoid this company as they don’t package their products with care and will want you to send back tins and tins of dog food which are only damaged due to their own failure.

I did not receive an apology which is terrible customer service.

The communication confirming my SO will be taken to delivery is excellent.
It maybe the delivery company’s request but I previously ordered this product via another supplier and it was delivered in its original packing and not in a box. I personally would prefer this and I don’t believe the extra packaging is necessary.

Website states 'all orders under 1.9kg are processed within 2-3 business days as standard'. Placed an order, 2 days later I got an email saying one of the items was out of stock. Checked the website again and it was still showing as in stock and available to order? Asked for a refund as the item in question was the main reason I ordered with this place. My request for a refund was ignored, the order was sent anyway, and finally arrived TWO WEEKS later.

Upon opening the box, the most expensive item on the order was missing! Not impressed at all, lets just hope I actually receive the refund for the missing item. Sad to say I wouldn't use this place again.

I purchased some dog food from this company and part of my order was rotten. I sent photos and requested a replacement. Two weeks later, nothing and I keep being told " it's in the post" not using this company again.

please don't lie, no replacement was delivered. I have spent two weeks chasing you for my replacement food.
I've left an honest, factually acute account of my dealing with you.

I was a member of their subscription service for dog food. When my last order was due to be delivered, they took payment then sent an email explaining they wouldn't send my order unless I paid a 20% increase in the price. This left me with no food for my dog and having to source an alternative supply. I explained the problem this caused and my view that it was unreasonable to increase the price after taking payment, but the only options they offered were the price hike or cancelling my subscription. Appreciate they have increased costs but the lack of notice and terrible customer service is unforgivable. Avoid.

In response to the reply below. This kind of makes my point. I'm not bothered about the price hike, but if you aren't concerned about the welfare of my pet and think this is a good way to treat customers, I'll pay more to go elsewhere. Also, I was in touch with you two weeks earlier about my subscription so you had plenty of opportunity to warn me about the price hike in advance.

As others have said they don’t even answer phone or reply to email, Don’t buy from them. Edit. They have now refunded but only after I contacted PayPal.
