Hi Kate. Thank you for your review we really appreciate it. We are really proud of our products. We are sorry if any of the stamps you purchased from us have split, as we have not experienced this personally and you are the only customer to raise this issue to date. Could you possibly send us photo's to our email address : info@thenaturalpapercompany.com quoting your order number, we will of course be happy to replace or refund any that are faulty.
Thank you in advance

Beautiful paper and envelopes and delivery was great.
Unfortunately I didn’t do my homework and have discovered that I can’t use ink with this paper - had to put away my fountain pen and use a ballpoint which impacts my experience when writing. Oh well, the ribbon is fabulous.

Fantastic company to deal with. I made a mistake with the postage I wanted & emailed late Friday night. I had a reply in an instant helping me out. Love the ethos of the company, they stock great brands at very competitive prices & are so incredibly helpful. Thanks Jared, I'll be back 🙂

Perfection
They have been incredibly helpful with helping us with our order. We had a customised wax stamp made with quite an intricate design and they took every effort to make it perfect for us. I could not recommend them enough! Even helping us through the design aspect as well as the implementation aspect.
