These guys are scammers...$500 worth of orders place August last year (its now Mid April 2026) and nothing. Paid the extra for fast delivery. wont return any emails or chat on the site. Nothing but THIEVES.....

its been almost a year and no box. these folks are out of control
That's $150 plus tax flush down the toilet. Because in their web site it clearly says "no refunds". And if you go with the "free shipping" you perpetually get bumped to the back of the line behind all the other customers who paid the we Xtra money for shipping. Its a scam just to get the he box I paid for I gotta shell out more dough. And would if it's all total crap inside the box? I'm so stupid for falling for this insanity.

I have been SCAMMED. Order 3 mystery boxes for grandkids in November 2025, now February 2026 and cannot get any help, only the explanation that they are SO busy! I am still hoping the boxes show up someday as I spent $149.97. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

This place is an simple scam, they bait and switch, of course you can't expect much but here you'll get close to nothing if anything, it's a little bit of fun, at first but then you fall into it and spend a few $$ only to have them ghost you, to be honest I DID actually receive something at first, but then after spending a bit more on bigger mystery boxes nothing arrives, so in honestly they are bait and switch scammers, so do yourself a favour and don't waste your time with these Trixters, they'll only piss you off and laugh at your stupidity.

Never received anything...seems to be a huge scam, as I ever got was emails to spend more money to find out what was in the box before getting it, or upgrading...a complete waste of $199

I have never received confirmation of my order emails keep bouncing back sent messages via messenger to a deadly silence even left messages on their fb page just a deadly silence am considering doing a cash back through the bank

I've been waiting since September 12 and I sent 6 emails and no response. I want them to give me back my money,but they won't respond to me. All they do is take,take take. They should be jailed.

This is what I wrote them.
You have 7 business days to comply. If you fail to act, I will escalate this matter through my bank, the Better Business Bureau, social media platforms, and legal counsel. I am not the only customer affected, and I will make sure others are warned.
I received a letter back from a Michael M. Coplin.
I will stick to my word and escalate this.
I will be taking this to my bank as well as a lawyer.

I ordered in July and have not received anything. About a month ago supposedly my order filled and is ready to ship. I seriously doubt I will ever get anything. Do not order from them they are scammers.

$119 for a box of garbage!! All of it was useless trash or stuff limited people could use: a baby's baptism outfit, a fat lady's dress, three pairs of the same leggings that are cheap costume earrings a ceramic ashtray and a pineapple core and a tube of makeup that was cracked open and leaking

Payed in May. Now August and nothing. Dont answer emails. Has been listed as waiting for tracking details for a month now. There a stupid joke and should be banned from Facebook as obviously corrupt.

Such a waste of time and money. Ordered a large box in March with premium shipping and still have nothing. Reached out to the company several times and cannot get a response. I would urge everyone not to use this site as it must just be another scam. Extremely disappointing

Took my money and ran. Did not send a tracking ID until I emailed them obsessively over and over. And then it was "held up" and "sent back to sender" So yeah. SCAM.

Ordered mystery box in Jan.Last communication was Feb 6. Left messages and emails no answer nothing at all. 100% scam don't buy these boxes i have told all my friends and will be posting about this on Facebook enough is enough Garry Stecyk

Placed an order on the 16th March 2025 it's now 15th May 2025. I used their internal help 3 days ago went into my email account to check for replies found nothing even the 4 emails I received at time of order are gone. I tried replying to one of the emails which bounced back with no such email address.
I have opened an dispute with my bank hopefully if anything they can stop others making the same mistake as me.

Pack of arse holes all the done is stole me money won’t reply to messages no way of contacting them they need to be shut down
