The Mortgage Helpline 

My fiancé and I had an an absolutely amazing experience finding a mortgage for our first home through The Mortgage Mum. Our situation is quite complex as my fiancé is self-employed and I work bank shifts with the NHS, so we weren't particularly optimistic about our chances. However Julie worked an absolute miracle and and succeeded where our first broker did not! Even after securing a mortgage offer for us she and the rest of the team continued to help out through liaising with our seller and conveyancer to ensure things were moving forward in a timely manner. We're so grateful to have found Julie and the rest of the team and we definitely wouldn't have our perfect first home if not for them! Can't recommend enough!

I am 65 years old and retired. Without going into detail, my financial circumstances are probably different to most mortgage applications in terms of my means and age. After attempting to remortgage with my existing mortgage provider who refused to understand the logic of my application, I contacted several mortgage brokers for help. During this process Oliver Beamer politely remained in contact despite not being formally instructed to proceed. There was never any hard sell Just a friendly chat about how I was doing and a reminder that if all else failed he believed that he could help. When every other alternative failed, I took Oliver's advice and contacted him for assistance. Within a matter of weeks Oliver managed to secure a mortgage with a high street bank at less than half the monthly repayments of my existing provider. I found Oliver at all times very professional, reliable, and always contactable. When you phone the Mortgage Helpline you get Oliver. Thanks for all your Help.

I'd give more stars if I could. Oliver was professional, friendly and just incredible through the whole process. I had a complicated mortgage application but he gave me reassurance and after a lot of hardwork from Oliver, he got me the mortgage offer.

He has since stayed in touch and answered any question I have. This is my first house buying process and he's made the stresses of it much easier. Already recommended him to friends and I will certainly be back to Oliver if needed!

Oliver handled the case mainly, but everyone I spoke to was fantastic. A perfect balance of professional and friendly. I spoke to about 5 different brokers before deciding to proceed with The Mortgage Helpline, and im glad i waited!

From my initial enquiry to getting the mortgage approved and then to completing on the sale and moving, Oliver has been fantastic. His communication was outstanding, calling me and emailing regularly to keep me up to date on progress and to reassure me. When our original house purchase fell through and we needed to change our mortgage requirements for the next house, Oliver managed it seamlessly. His regular phone calls and calm, efficient manner was so reassuring. Buying a house is an emotional experience ans Oliver took the worry of getting a good mortgage deal away.I cannot recommend The mortgage helpline more and Oliver in particular.

After being told by a few banks and other brokers it would be impossible for me to get a mortgage with my PhD stipend income, I was incredibly glad to find Oliver Beamer at The Mortgage Helpline.
