It's a great product in a niche market…
It's a great product in a niche market with lots of scope for personalisation... My only criticism is that my request to pick up the item locally didn't even get a reply. It is produced about 3 miles from my house but it still went out to UPS for delivery and travelled many miles to reach me. Quality was great and exactly as described. Will definitely order again.

Variable
I ordered two signs. One was perfect and the other one looks like it had an error with the casting and does not have crisp lines around the letters. The letters looks like they are blowing in the wind. Doesn’t really match with the other signs I have from this company.

Brilliant customer support.
I wanted an Art Deco style metal number plate. There were no number 7 examples in the product photos so I asked to see an example. Received very quick response with example and was told that if I supplied an example, they could probably make it! I sent a very poorly drawn example and again received a quick reply of a very neat version of my idea. It has just arrived and I have to say it looks great! Very impressed from start to finish.

I've been really impressed with the customer service from The Metal Foundry. I had a prompt and helpful reply about a few queries I had.
Using the website to personalise a diamond wedding sundial and order was really easy and user friendly.
The sundial arrived in good time and is great quality, I am really impressed with it. Very solid and finished to a high standard.
I would definitely recommend for a special and unique gift for someone.
