The Medal Box Company Anmeldelser

Amazing!! The box quality is epic. A lovely gift for someone who served 35 years! The company went above and beyond to get it to me on time. Julie was so helpful. A beautiful box and a perfect gift. Thank you!!!

Amazing service with constant communication regarding my order.
Product was exactly as described and the delivery was faster than expected.

Great service all-round. Kept in contact when purchased and was happy to accommodate. The box itself was great and it came quick. Would definitely recommend.

The service was prompt and professional. I was asked to review my order before it was dispatched and a change was made on my request. The box was for a friend and colleague who is a RN veteran and serving Police Officer and the box was for his well earned medals. He became emotional when the box was presented to him. He was very pleased with his gift. Thank you medalbox.

Yet again Julie has played an absolute blinder!!
This was the third time I have used this company, and asked her to produce a ‘Warrior’ medal box for me, as part of a leaving gift.
Each time the service was both personal and professional. And the product supplied was produced to a great standard.
I would definitely recommend this company to others who are looking for something unique and bespoke, for someone who works within the uniformed services.

This was the second medal box I have bought for family members over the last 3 years.
The communication was amazing right from my initial email enquiry, to ordering, agreeing the insignia, through to delivery.
Julie always replied to my emails and was really helpful when advising about colours for the inside of the box.
The box itself is beautifully made with real attention to detail.
It was very well packaged and arrived in plenty of time for the date I needed it.

An absolute pleasure to deal with The Medal box company from start to finish. Amazing customer engagement and the final product was amazing.

The box is perfect. Love the blind dovetail joints, you know what I mean. The colour of the wood is great and the engraving is spot-on. Thanks for the box, it will be in the family for all time. Third generation in the RFC/RAF

Communication was excellent and after receiving my order Julie was very quick to reply and also you engrave the product and get it sent out! Will defo buy again for other people.

The first class service from start to finish was above and beyond. The communication was exemplary and the finished delivered project was exceptional. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Super happy with the Orderly box I bought. Honestly from start to finish awesome customer service, comms, attention to detail and care that feels to be lacking so much these days. Not this time. Julie was awesome and the care taken on this and the finished result are outstanding. Thankyou so much. My other half is thrilled with the box.

Brilliant craftsmanship. Process from ordering and my gift being delivered was very fast. Amazing and would definitely recommend 👍

Ordered with them 3 times now and everytime is outstanding. Communication is fantastic and the products are second to none. Recommend everytime.

Communication was excellent and the medal box was outstanding.

Superb. Final product was amazing, communication great and very quick delivery.

Great service from beginning to end. Website made it easy to find what I needed and place an order. It was acknowledged straight away. I received a template of the engraving to confirm it was correct and received the final product a few days later, securely packaged and recorded delivery. They let me know when it was dispatched and I had a lovely email thanking us for using their services. The finished product was beautiful, really good quality and I was surprised how quickly it was ready. Would highly recommend the medal box company!

Julie was really responsive and maintained good communication throughout (also very patient when we were umm-ing and aah-ing over the design!). Very quick service, slick delivery, and the Mess Box itself with engraving was absolutely lovely - really smart-looking.
All in all, cannot fault this company, and would thoroughly recommend.

I have ordered from the Medal Box several times. The communication is great, the products are outstanding and the company is highly reliable. I will keep coming back.

I have purchased a Medal Box and a Wallet from Julie engraved with our Units ensign, both have been of very high quality and delivered extremely quickly.
Julie's communication is fantastic and her products are beautiful.

I am so happy with this company! Julie was a dream, she went out of her way to get my order to me fast (from placing the order to receiving it was less than 48 hours!

The box is better than I'd hoped for because of Julie's help, expertise and care.
