2 of my tea cakes were damaged and the owners are sending a replacement which I thought was excellent as not their fault.
Also, for them to take so much care over one tiny order when they supply huge amounts to all sorts, including M &S says a great deal about their integrity.
Tea cakes gorgeous and taste delicious.
Will have to try the marshmallows next.
Highly recommended.

Absolutely delicious
Absolutely delicious! I bought these for my mum and sister for Galentine’s Day. There was a postage issue, but Carris was amazing and sent replacements right away. They were honestly over the moon when they received them! Such a gorgeous gift to send someone, complete with a handwritten note. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you so much for creating such an incredible product and providing outstanding customer service!

I wish they are going back to the Canary Warf Winter Lights. Bought a gift box online, really enjoy the packaging and the flavours. Though it said they put pistachios in it, cannot identify which one is pistachio.

If you want a wow present, look no further!
Of all the Christmas presents that I bought last year, the Christmas bauble teacakes were by far the most commented on and admired. The packaging was beautiful, service was faultless and the contents, I'm told, were absolutely divine! I have since come back for a box of Valentines teacakes, which look equally gorgeous, and my sister will be ordering some this coming Christmas to spread the love. A joyful experience from start to finish!
