I started out joining JB’s coaching program after seeing an advert of FB. It was a free 5 day challenge. In this 5 days it opened my eyes and my mind to what I needed to do the start living again. Next up was the elite 28 days! Now, as a bloke of 48 that lost himself in a relationship and very nearly lost myself when my mental health diminished, JB came into my life and showed me how to regain life and passion and truly love again. His team showed me how to be the person I wanted to be again that I’d lost on the way through life.
