Lack of politeness
They sell luxury watches indeed, but the experience of dealing with them is surely far from being luxurious, or rather I should say somewhat unpleasant.
I inquired about JLC Reverso Tribute Duoface, which is listed on their website, to which I received a late 'dry' reply stating that the watch was unavailable.
A couple of days later, I asked them if there is anyway to know which watch is available and which is sold, to which I received a 'dry' reply, without any greetings (in response to my greetings), stating that whatever is listed is available. The watch I inquired about is still listed, but unavailable, which when I asked about, didn't receive any further response.
Maybe, the issue is that luxury watches that these kinds of sellers sell are purchased by nouveau rich who don't have good taste, but money and 'need' for luxury. So maybe these sellers fail to develop politeness and etiquettes, which they would have developed meeting people with good tastes.
