From our studio we conceive exclusive, in-house designs which feel playful, contemporary and full of charm.
We then work with carefully-selected partners and manufacturers to ensure the highest, most ethical standards in crafting our socks. That means every single pair is knitted with 200 needles using triple-certified, sustainably-sourced organic cotton for a finer, stronger finish, and is finished by hand for a seamless fit.
And finally, we work tirelessly to sock it to our customers around the world. Whether it’s through our famous sock subscription, our exclusive giftboxes, or through a simple pair of socks: we promise never to cut corners, and always to make the best possible sock we can for the best possible price. We can see from our tracking that delivery was attempted a few weeks ago but unfortunately there was no answer, and it looks like the parcel has been held at your local sorting office since then. I tried to figure things out via FedEx but they couldn't do anything since LSE is in charge of the shipping.

We can see from our tracking that your parcel arrived in South Korea a few weeks ago, and has been with customs since then.
