We're an independent British design studio dedicated to making amazing socks, for a reasonable price, and upholding the highest standards in sustainability.
From our studio we conceive exclusive, in-house designs which feel playful, contemporary and full of charm.
We then work with carefully-selected partners and manufacturers to ensure the highest, most ethical standards in crafting our socks. That means every single pair is knitted with 200 needles using triple-certified, sustainably-sourced organic cotton for a finer, stronger finish, and is finished by hand for a seamless fit.
And finally, we work tirelessly to sock it to our customers around the world. Whether it’s through our famous sock subscription, our exclusive giftboxes, or through a simple pair of socks: we promise never to cut corners, and always to make the best possible sock we can for the best possible price. Warning
I had put some socks from this brand in my cart in the shop app several months ago only to have them put through this purchase a couple months later without my authorization. Neither shop or the London sock exchange are willing to help or navigate why this happened. Very disappointed that I now need to return a purchase and pay for the return.

We're sorry about the situation here.
We have been in contact with you by email several times and have done our best to help clarify what has happened. From our side, we received a completed payment for the order and processed and dispatched it in the normal way. We don't have the ability to make or initiate payments on behalf of customers.
We've also offered to issue a full refund as soon as the socks are returned to us in their original condition, and we're very happy to cooperate with your bank or any relevant investigation if you believe the payment was unauthorised.
We hope we can get this resolved for you promptly!

Quarterly subscription
I've had a recurring quarterly subscription for a while now. Good comms when the payment is due and order can be tracked by various apps. Always a lovely surprise to get three random pairs of socks. They're usually ones I don't have and haven't considered but the quality is excellent. Always releasing new designs and restocking old favourites. My go to place for socks.

London Sock Exchange has a great Regatta sock with four man rowing shells embroidered into the sock. They also have several great Christmas themed socks. I purchased both, and they fit well. I’m wearing the Regatta sock right now. The socks were delivered to my son’s house in Chelsea within 2 days.
