The London Removals Company helped us move my mother from East London to Ely yesterday. My mother’s memory is failing and she gets extremely anxious. From the moment the London Removals team arrived and introduced themselves to my mother they set us all - and her especially- at ease. Making her feel very special.
They work tirelessly and incredibly well as a team. Nothing is too much and even the difficulties we faced on the day - arriving at the new house to find they had not yet actually left - were made easy.
The team were to a man kind, hard workonh, friendly, and incredibly helpful. What could have been an incredibly stressful and difficult day. Was made so much easier with this team.

Used them today and I can't fault them at all. They arrived punctually and the team were very friendly, professional and thorough. They loaded and unloaded in great time and engaged with me throughout to ensure crates were put where I needed them. Really good team work.

Even from the initial request for a quote and throughout the entire process they were timely with responses, very informative and did everything exactly as they advised. No hesitation in recommending them. What can often be quite stressful turned out to be very smooth and hassle-free.

Booking was straight forward and contact frequent. The removal guys were very prompt and moving made very easy. what was slightly disappointing was the waiting fees which though were not the companies fault, were not explained beforehand, and not overly communicated after, just an amended invoice at the end.

We found using the London Removal Company to be a very good experience. They came on-time every time, their quote was very competitive, they packed everything up quickly and efficiently and got it in their lorry and took it away to storage again quickly and efficiently. We have no complaints.

Only criticism is - how to get rid of all the packing material! They have pro,ised to come and collect the flattened boxes when we've unpacked though. Great service.

It is always difficult trying to choose the right removal company, because you are instilling your entire belongings to them for the entire relocation (if you relocate).
In the end I chose to go with The London Removal Company, none of the companies I vetted didn't really match the company that I had used previously and I couldn't seem to contact them, anyway......
My relocation was 240 miles away, I made sure that I packed everything so that I could ensure EVERYTHING was packed to my exacting standards, the removal men did comment on how organised I was! which says A LOT.
I spoke with the company prior to the move to stress that they HAD to be at my property for 07:45am to start loading up, THAT never happened, in fact they were 1hr and 15 minutes late, which delayed me immensely, was NOT impressed, they gave me a REALLY poor excuse, they stated that the entrance to their 'yard' had been blocked by a van?! hard to believe if I'm honest, who would block an entrance to a constantly used yard!?
Once all the boxes were loaded, they were really slow to load everything else, and I was beginning to worry that not all my possessions including garden pots would fit in the lorry! I even started to help because I didn't want to be delayed even more! It took AGES for them to complete and I didn't leave my property until 11:45am, and then I had a 5 hour drive to the rental, so had to contact them to advise I was running late, this was not down to me.
When my belongings were unloaded at the other end (west country), I could not believe what they had shoved on my 15 year old peony! it was pretty much horizontal after so much was loaded on it! was NOT happy, and I'm still not, I really thought it had snapped! peonies take years to grow to the size that mine is! (if you are green fingered, you will know what I mean).
It took three guys AGES to unloaded everything.. considering there were 3 of them you would have thought it would have not taken so long.
Major issue for me was the fact that only one person out of 6 people spoke good English, 3 to 4 of them spoke very little or no English at all!!!

Considering the cost of the move I would not use this company again, they did not receive my emails and was advised it was an issue my end, if you have to use the postal system, they use 2nd class post so don't expect anything quickly!

I endorse positive comments in reviews, but I have absolutely nothing positive to say about this company.

Great Place, helpful staff - the nice lady who took the booking was efficient and I even got a call back just for an update which was appreciated. The movers themselves are nice, professional and helpful. 10/10 would recommend

Very proffesssional company. Would highly recommend. they did our move at very short notice.

The team who came for the removal were a sheer delight! I would highly recommend them as they were friendly and kept us going with all their jokes and played the piano before moving it! They kept the move so stress free and so happily did such a heavy duty job. Not a piece of anything was broken or mishandled ! Please use them for a family move! It’s has been a wonderful experience and they made move day a very memorable one!
