About the services
Friendly calls to me about the service, when sometimes a deadline is close for renewal etc. Costing structure is a bit adhoc; upgrading clashes with renewals and if you are not sharp, you will end up paying for overlapping services.

Hassle warning: they do not renew automatically
They do not renew the yearly subscription automatically, so each year, you need to bring out the credit card, login and pay manually. If you miss this payment by one single day, they charge an extra "late renewal penalty", which is funny, because if they cannot renew automatically, then technically, that late payment is not a renewal at all - it is just signing up for the service again, next year, albait with a one day shift in time. There are other better virtual office providers out there, with better websites, better technology, and cheaper.
