I have been an in patient many times. Every ward and health professional I have met have been excellent. However,the department I have had repeated issues with are Credit Control. Being accused of payments not being made when they have and unhelpful staff in Credit Control when you try to sort the issues out. When your health is not great the extra stress is not needed.

A 100% stress free experience. From the minute I stepped in the Duchess of Devonshire Wing, it was a flawless ballet which started with a dedicated concierge who showed me to my room, then a attentive nurse came in to check some paramaters. A butler followed for the room service and asked my preferences for my dinner (very long menu to choose from). Then highly experienced consultants (anesthesist Neil and surgeon Nish Mehta) arrived to brief me before the procedure, asked me to reconfirm the primary objectives and risks associated with the surgery. They would also receive my consent to carry the procedure. I knew I was in very capable hands. The post opérative care is excellent. The surgeon called me the day after the procedure and we discussed recovery and next steps. One little miss was that some medecine from Pharmacy were not available to take home as the pharmacy closed early on Saturday.

From the porters' warm welcome to Nurse Cherry's compassion, everyone exceeded expectations. Manager Prudencua Jennings and Dr. Arhmad Ziyad (the anesthetist) were outstanding. Even as a healthcare pro who works on one of the top hospitals not only in the country but in the world and is accustomed with outstanding care i was too blown away by the care 💆 at the London clinic as a patient.

The whole team showed incredible kindness, professionalism, and respect. Made my first surgery a breeze! 🌟 Will definitely choose The London Clinic again. Huge thanks to the team - you've changed my perspective on being a patient 🙌.

I came to the London clinic for physiotherapy after shoulder surgery and worked with Rochelle Francois for 10 months. She is brilliant — thoughtful, considerate, and, above all, highly professional.

Once discharged, i) switchboard repeatedly hung up, ii) hospital wouldn't reissue prescription without me hauling my broken body back to them during a tube strike, iii) nurse ignored messages for two days as i got more ill iv) plus numerous other difficulties .. thank the stars for my GP who came to the rescue and sent me to UCLH A&E for 5 days to recover from 2 days in TLC and their resultant infection.

I was in yesterday for a procedure and was so impressed with everyone I encountered. Such professionalism, kindness, support ... I want to thank Bernie Castro especially for making me feel so comfortable - he has a beautiful bedside manner and made the whole experience a very good one.

After paying a huge amout of money to have a quite complex operation on my leg, i then had doctors coming to see me in my room to do a quick examination on my chest. 'breathe in, breathe out. That will be £250 thank you.'
When i was discharged, i then received another invoice, and stupidly, i paid it. This invoice did not need to be paid. Now they are refusing to refund over£2000 overpayment. I am now going to sue them for the said money.
Keep clear of this place as it will cost you a fortune in hidden fees.

I had an acl & meniscus knee repair and from my pre surgery consultation straight through to the end of my physio sessions I felt I was in the best hands. Highly recommend Yongho Son, he’s a wonderful physio and helped me recover sooner than expected - he also doubles as a great psych

My mum spent a month here trying to recover from colon cancer operation that they had to do do twice because the first one failed to work due to leakage, this ultimately led to her death and she died in an NHS hospital three months later, in my mind they should never have done the procedure in the first place, there is an element of take the money at any cost, the result was a slow drawn out death.

All staff were incredible throughout my stay.

Amir the physio went above and beyond to make sure I had the confidence to get moving straight after surgery.

Amazing experience. Very smooth and easy check in, big comfy room, delicious food, and a highly skilled and expert surgeon. All staff were attentive and very caring. Very very glad we chose the London clinic.

Was referred to The London Clinic by my Bupa GP for a follow up after needing follow up treatment after receiving treatment from the NHS.
The experience so far has been a mess and fairly off-putting.

I was initially offered an appointment, which I accepted.
I was then contacted to say the appointment they offered me was no longer available and booked me another instead.
I was then contacted a few days later because they were unwell. Fine, things happen.
However, they didn't reschedule me and trying to call their reception to rebook or even talk to anyone proves to be impossible.

I tried to call them back and was told by the lady that answered the phone they were closed and to call again another time.
So I respond to their message that my appointment was cancelled asking for a an appointment for any afternoon in a date range. However, they didn't schedule me a new appointment.
They then contact me the following day to say my original booked appointment was still scheduled. However, I no longer had that time booked off from work as they cancelled on me.
So I have to ask for time to stop working and step out of the office to try calling again to confirm the appointment before asking for emergency time off work, but yet again the phone just continues to ring.
After 10 minutes I finally get through and speak to someone on the phone who tells me I called the wrong department. I inform them that I called the number in their very message they tell me to call regarding the appointment. The lady I'm speaking to tells me the call probably got rerouted to her because no one's there to answer, and routes me through to another department.
I then get through to the lady at this department that tells me I'm calling the wrong department. I inform her that I was rerouted to her after trying to call the correct department. However she tells me she'll redirect me to the correct department.
I again wait for the phone to ring, and eventually someone answers who tells me to ignore the message they sent me about the scheduled appointment and it was indeed cancelled.
I was finally able to schedule another appointment in a couple of weeks time, but have little faith that I wont have to go through all this again.

Very professional and friendly physiotherapy experience. They assess and address the root cause in a stepwise and guided manner. Special thanks to therapist Ryan for helping with me post operation recovery.

I had a very successful and bespoke recovery and rehab program with Rochelle. The gym and instructions were first class as was my guidance for what to do outside of the sessions at the London Clinic

My therapist (Deepa) is lovely and the treatments are helping my pain and me to relax.

This hospital is only in the business of making money off of patients well-being. After a disputed transaction was approved to be waived due to their negligence they have come back and requested it again four years later! This comes after a horrific experience at that clinic. Never go to that clinic. They have no respect for their patients nor ethical code. 

I had the appointments regarding serious infection which has not been identified in this clinic after numerous appointments and tests. I have been given treatment in different clinic in the end. 4 years later I have been contacted and informed I have not paid for some treatments however I have done all payments as my insurance was covering it. It is financial misconduct and fraudulent behaviour, trying to get money after 4 years via debe company.

I have been under the care of this physiotherapy department for the past 6 months - for treatment and rehab of a complicated shoulder injury. - The physiotherapist listened to my concerns, provided me tangible practical advice and modified my exercises as needed. They were flexible with appointments and I always felt heard and part of the decision making. The reception staff were friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I also spent time with the hydrotherapy team who reflected the same high values, maintained dignity and put me at my ease. The facilities were consistently clean and appts were on time. I Highly recommend this clinic.

I called for appointment for shoulder injury. Their blurb stated you would be called back within the hour. Two and half hours later after staying by my computer I called back. They couldn’t get hold of the doctor I was assigned but could put me on the list of another Dr and I would have to wait again. Stated no discount for inconvenience caused.
