I contacted the living house as I needed help with finishing off our dining room and I couldn't be happier. Sophie and Catherine listened to all of our requirements during a zoom call and within days we had a first draft mood board. The final mood board  2D plan, styling notes and shopping list was sent within 2 weeks. The shopping list had links to all the products which just was so handy. If I wasn't sure about an item or had any further questions they were so quick to respond with alternatives and advice.

We were so pleased with the service that we have just received our final design for our bedroom which I cannot wait to get started on. Sophie and Catherine have such great taste and I have saved so much time browsing through websites and still not being sure. I could not recommend the living house enough!

I contacted The Living House as I was struggling to finish my bedroom in terms of colours and accessories. I needed help to pull the room together. I purchased the midi package and am delighted with the service I received. After filling in a questionnaire to provide more information about my personal taste I had a zoom call with Sophie and Catherine to discuss what I was hoping to achieve. They asked a lot of questions to make sure they understand what look I was going for and my budget. A few days later Sophie sent me some sample ideas to see what type of designs I preferred and within two weeks she sent me a final design moodboard, 2D plan, styling notes and a shopping list with links to all the sites. The items were within the budget we discussed and I really liked everything. When one of the items was unavailable for delivery to me Sophie quickly found an alternative, and when I asked about changing one item slightly she also sent me through some other
alternatives. I can't wait to get the room done now. The price I paid more than offsets the time and money I would have spent looking for items and then returning them when they didn't suit. Sophie also provided really helpful advice such as what position pictures should be hung. I will definitely use the Living House again in the future.

Amazing service from The Living House and especially a huge thank you to Becky & Sophie. I went for the midi living option and Becky got in touch with me straight away. We arranged the initial consultation and within days they came back with the first draft mood board. What is more important they really got the idea what I was trying to achieve. The final mood board and list of potential products was extensive. It created a more cohesive theme in my open plan dining/lounge space. This is a great option if you dont have thousands of pounds to spend on an interior designer, but you still want the 'wow' factor in your house. It saved me time browsing thousands of websites & still not being sure if I'm picking the right items. Fantastic offer & great service!

From booking online to delivery of our package was very concise, clear and enjoyable. The time frame was set out and was delivered beyond our expectations.

We found the process from enquiry to delivery of design so easy and quick. Catherine and Sophie have great taste and came up with colours and design ideas that I would never have contemplated that really suit the style and age of our home. If you’ve never thought of using an interior designer before then I would seriously consider using The Living House.

Sophie and Becky designed our open-plan living/dining room. It was truly a bespoke experience as we had to keep some of the existing furniture and adjust the rest to our liking, combining various styles and adding accessories, as well as consider some of the room’s peculiarities. The result turned out to be even better than imagined—it’s functional, warm, stylish, full of materials and textures that we enjoy. Sophie and Becky have even created a shopping list for us with the links to the stores convenient to us. We had a chance to see and touch things before ordering, and ended up buying 99% of the recommended things. We are very happy we put our trust in these wonderful professionals, as they were very responsive, patient, well aware of the market, and extremely talented!

I could not be happier with our room design from the living house. Thank you so much for listening to all my ideas and challenges and somehow managing to produce a beautiful design that ticked every box.
This felt like quite a splurge for me but was 100% worth every penny - I would never have got to this design on my own or worked out how to maximise the space in the room as you have.
The whole experience working with the living room has been brilliant, I have really enjoyed the process and learning more about interior design. I’m really looking forward now to having a go at putting it all into practice now!

Living House were amazing at providing us with inspiration for our extension. They injected colour and class to the decor. They were professional, friendly and really helpful. I was really impressed with how quickly they delivered the project and so pleased with the results.

Having moved house four times in four years we were completely out of ideas for our smaller, new build property. We were reluctant to replace our existing furniture as it was in good condition although none of it seemed to suit the room layout. We are not very adventurous and did not have a huge budget so decided to try the mini package for our Living Room. On submission of the design request, Catherine contacted me within hours to arrange a video consultation where Sophie and Catherine asked straightforward and simple questions.

During this discussion it quickly became apparent that my husband and I have very different ideas about home décor! Catherine and Sophie listened to our views and, even with all our differences, still managed to produce mood boards and a shopping list with links to products we both liked. There was one item of furniture, the sideboard, my husband was not sure of and a quick call to Catherine and she promptly suggested an alternative.

All the samples supplied helped us to choose accurate paint shades and fabrics that suit our lifestyle. Although we are waiting for a couple of items to complete this project, we could not be more impressed with the final design – contemporary, cost effective and totally to our taste. The team’s ability to listen to our requirements and convert them to a tranquil, peaceful room which far exceeds our expectations is to be commended.

The whole service from start to end was brilliant. It started off with a video chat so Becky and Sophie could understand our likes and dislikes, as well as the spaces we needed help with. The final moodboards they delivered were perfect and they were both super open to feedback throughout the process. I’d 100% recommend them if you need help with decorating your home!

I was struggling to come up with ideas for my bedroom. It's a large space but quite dark, despite having double doors and 2 further windows. I wanted something quite dramatic but cosy and didn't want to break the bank. I opted for the middle of the range design option with The Living House and my goodness, they did not disappoint. I am writing this review having just received my mood board as I am so excited to get shopping and finish the look. Their ideas are amazing and I love the fact that they actually tell you where you can buy the items from, rather than just telling you what type of thing to look for. Working with Becky and Sophie from The Living Room has been a fascinating experience. As we had little thought to design we did not feel this would be possible but from our initial meeting they were able to glean from us enough information to build a wonderful total redesign for our living room. Also, remained available to tweak Paint brushes are now at the ready, exciting times.

I wanted to cheer up my open plan living area and didn’t know where to start, so I contacted the living house for advice. I used the mini living package for £25.
Catherine suggested wallpapering two walls in my sitting area and also wallpapering a single wall in my kitchen to compliment and tie the space together.
I was sent a beautiful selection of wallpaper ideas for both spaces a mix of textures and small patterns, wallpapers to compliment my already existing rug and bolder colours with large patterns depending on how I wanted the room to feel.
I managed to whittle my choices down to a few but I’m not confident at all when it comes to big interior design decisions so I asked Catherine to help which she did and the result is amazing!
I am now loving my living space once again and sitting in a room that feels warm and cosy.
I have already recommended the living house to friends and family. I will certainly be using them again just need to decide which room to do next!

I contacted the living house as I wanted a full home make over and I didn't want to fall into the same design ideas as I used in my old house. Sophie was really helpful and responsive at the start, advising me what packages would be best. I then had a video consultation with Becky and Catherine and somehow, from just chatting to me, the came up with the most amazing ideas which were all suited to my style and taste, despite me not even knowing what I really wanted. I've started ordering my new furniture and paint etc and cannot wait to see it all finished. The whole process is so quick and the ladies are a delight to work with.

From the outset I found Becky to be very helpful, friendly and professional through out my contact with The Living House. I opted for the £25 mini living package as I already had keys pieces in the room and really wanted professional help adding updates and pulling everything together so the room felt finished.

Having asked my specific questions Becky quickly came back to me with amazing ideas for complimentary items to complete the room including colours and styles for a blind, breakfast bar lighting, sizing and colours for a rug and also suggested repositioning of art work and updating room accessories. I especially loved the mood board designed for me as it really helped me to visualise how different colours and styles would work within the room and flow together.

Having put most of these ideas and suggestions into practice we are so happy with the results and after many years of trying myself, with Becky's help, the room finally feels finished, apart from a new rug which we're waiting to be delivered. I've already recommended The Living House to my friends based on my own experience and I won't have any hesitation in using their services again in the future.

I'd just moved house to one with a very different vibe and structure. I'd already purchased a couple of art deco pieces of furniture and was trying to accessorize them. I'd bought a couple of items but it didn't really hang together quite right and I just didnt know what was needed. I saw this mini-package and decided to buy. They completely understood what I was looking for and very quickly made some suggestions as to how to make it better with links both to products and blogs/guides to refer too. Their suggestions were perfect with great service too. We'll be working through the whole house so I'll definitely be making a return visit.
