Joe the guy who works for the company was a true professional. Lovely guy and very helpful, professional and even went out of his way to call me as yodel where being a nightmare in my area and he assured me even if he had to drive to me himself I would get my rug 🤣 what more can you ask for! Yodel did eventually deliver it (2 days late) also my rug is perfect.

My rug was delivered yesterday the quality & price are amazing. My last rug cost 3 times the amount & the quality was the same.
