I recently purchased some mens Birkenstocks flipflops from this website and unfortunately were the wrong size. I was extremely disappointed find out that the return postage to Netherlands was 17 Euro which would be deducted off my refund despite them having a distribution point in Hounslow in the UK (TW987JP). They refused to offer me the correct size of Birkenstocks flipflops and encouraged me to sell the incorrect sized item on Vinted. Please avoid this European retailer.

If i could give zero I would. Do not pay any attention to shipping times, they are indicative. Having spent 20 minutes calling the Netherlands they basically said all they can do is raise an incident but it's not their problem when the case turns up. Not entirely helpful when you order a case 2 weeks in advance of when you want to travel with it!

Company charged me a different amount from what was advertised on website (is that even legal?). When I had to make a return it was very complicated as I had to return to the Netherlands. Their return instructions were incorrect, which caused a lot of confusion at the Post Office. As the item was being returned to the Netherlands in took 18 days to arrive and then another 12 days for them to process the return funds into my account. They charged a huge amount to return product (approx £15). So all in all, a very complicated process and costly process.

I have ordered silicon weaning products. They offer a great selection and the price is reasonable (compare to the other websites that I checked). The products were dispatched from mainland Europe fast and arrived intact. The customer service is great and they can be contacted through whatsApp as well as email and they respond quickly. Very happy customer and will continue to order from them in the future. Thank you

I recently ordered a new Samsonite suitcase from this company, as the suitcase, being a new model, was in extremely short supply in the UK, only available from Samsonite themselves. The Little Green Bag Company were offering it at a slight discount and it arrived very quickly. Unfortunately, the suitcase was not as I expected (smaller than I anticipated) and I immediately arranged a return. It took 5 weeks from start to finish, was very costly, and the company then deducted Customs Duties from the refund. Be aware, if you are sure of your purchase, this company will provide good service, but if you are unfortunate enough to have to return the item, it will be an expensive mistake, one which I will not make again.

I was initially a bit worried as the little green bag company is based in the Netherlands. I've been really impressed, the delivery time on the website quotes 5-10 days, my item arrived in 5 days from purchasing, the company have kept me updated with the progress and the price of the product was the best I could find online. Overall, 10/10 and I will purchase from them again.

A refund for postage was promised by the little green bag however 7 weeks later they have notified me that they are not prepared to honour this promise. A truly unsatisfactory company which didn't refund the full value of the returned item.
