Fantastic customer service from start to finish. Julie went above and beyond to make sure my gift and personalised note were perfect—nothing was too much trouble. I placed my order on the 15th of December and it was delivered by the 17th, which was incredibly impressive. The terrarium itself was beautiful and excellent value for money. Thank you so much for such a smooth and faultless service. I would highly recommend.

From the prompt and fulsome answer to a query about my proposed purchase to the swift ordering and amazing delivery, I was much impressed. On opening I found a large amount of padding had been added to ensure that the transport did not upset the display of our lovely terrarium. It now has pride of place in the house.

Really beautiful terrarium and free gift succulent in a lovely pot. All posted really quickly and packaged well so there was no damage. Very impressed! Will be buying all my friends and family a terrarium for all all their upcoming birthdays!

This is a great company run by good people. There was an issue with the supplier and the item I ordered wasn’t available. They called and emailed to make me aware and then shipped an upgraded product for next day delivery. Package arrived with no damage and perfectly on time.

I ordered a Peperomia Obtusifolia &- Grey textured pot it arrived via DPD in a couple of days. The plant was in good condition and the packaging ensured complete protection. I am very happy with this plant and the delivery service.

Beautiful unusual unique plant and choice of plant pots. I have a double Hoya Kerrii that was a gift bought for me from yourselves by my son when he got his first flat and left home. I decided to buy 3 single Hoya Kerrii plants as gifts to give to other family members and I couldn't be more pleased with them. Now the joy is spread.

Had to order again after the first order (for an office space) had to stay home for a few weeks and my partner felt sad by the thought of them leaving...we need more greenery. I did not disagree!
Plants are of awesome quality (having ordered from elsewhere before...awesome from TLB!), Packaged really well, the pots are of great quality and work out better value than buying separately/from elsewhere.
