The lighting shop with a heart.
This is the lighting shop I've been looking for for years. What excellent service! David answered all my queries patiently and politely. He fetched products from the warehouse for me to look at and suggested solutions. A great supplier to work with whatever your LED needs.

Routine and ordinary: as I like it...
The online purchasing process was smooth, delivery within a reasonable time. I chose an established reliable brand which, as supplier and not manufacturer LED Specialists can't affect.
Nothing out of the ordinary and as expected = average, hence 3 stars.

A pleasure to buy from…
It was a pleasure to support this company by buying direct rather than via the megacorp usual suspects. They have an excellent choice of tried and trusted brand products with reasonable prices, the delivery was prompt and the items were well-packaged. 5 Stars.

Quick personal service
Due to an updated manufacturer order number, the incorrect bulbs initially arrived, but this was quickly sorted out with a phone call and the correct ones arrived within 24h. So rare to speak to a person rather than a chatbot to sort problems out! Will definitely use them again!
