I ordered a sword from The Knight’s Vault in April, for my daughter’s birthday in May. I was advised that the sword was on back order and as a result there would be a delay in my receiving it. When the delay turned out to be longer than anticipated due to supplier issues, the staff at The Knight’s Vault couldn’t have been more helpful. Having decided not to take the refund offered, I was kept informed of my order’s progress by staff member Yilin, who was at all times friendly, helpful and prompt in replying to my emails. I received the sword last week (mid August), along with a free gift as a thank you for my patience and understanding. The sword is 100% worth the wait, and the customer service from The Knight’s Vault has been exemplary.
