I bought Galadriel's dagger, and I'm over the moon about how beautiful and well made it is. I first visited their little shop in Edinburgh, and needless to say, I could not help myself. NEXT up a proper big sword for me. Totally recommend!!!

Placed an order prior to Christmas for Ragner Sword. Company kept in touch and done everything they could as the order was on back order.

After a year of the sword being handled and used in many pictures I thought it would be the perfect time to review it. The quality of the swords is impeccable, making the price well worth it. The staff is absolutely amazing because when the sword arrived, the plaque that it came with had misaligned holes so when I had mentioned it, they were so nice about it and sent me another one for free. I definitely want to get the Ragnar Lothbrok sword next to add to my collection :)

i visited the local shop in edinburgh sarah newton the store manager was extremely helpful and equally passionate about the job . the delviery time was great and the quality of the product phenominal

Have ordered 3 items from home in the US and bought 3 items from the shop when we visited scotland numerous times love all items and like the quality and I see another item to get this year during our visit.

Great service, great quality arrived very quickly and in perfect condition.

The sword was purchased as a Christmas present for my son . However when it became known that they would not be able to fulfil before Xmas Sarah e mailed us in good time to let us know and offer full refund. However we elected to wait until the product was back in stock and was kept updated on any progress regularly and received the order today and has not disappointed. The communication and goodwill from the shop was much appreciated.

The sword is of excellent quality, and was exactly as described.
The only minor point that stopped me giving a full 5 stars, is that the number was missing on the delivery address, which needed an amendment from myself, and meant a 1 day delay.
But the gift still arrived in plenty of time for when it was needed.

Great product (Witcher pendant) and only took about a week to arrive

Nice product, delivery a nightmare. Stopped at customs because of issue with forms but I was not told, had to chase it up constantly for weeks. The company staff member did try to get it sorted but couldn't get Customs to sort it. Another product had to be dispatched. It was late as a gift for a very special birthday gift. No compensation. The company staff member then tried to present it at a Christmas rush problem, despite knowing it was a custom issues and that is very disappointing.
