I needed a new carpet for my bedroom and contacted Karpet Kingdon. I didn’t even have to leave the house. The rep bought samples for me to choose and measured up. Even offered me a fitting before Christmas which was much appreciated. I had my carpet fitted by a very pleasant fitter who took time to have a little chat after. Would highly recommend this company for any of your flooring need. I will certainly be using them again

Karpet Kingdom in Warwick have supplied and fitted all of our carpets recently, great service and fitting. We had an issue with the laminate that had been fitted in the hallway, Kim really went above and beyond in order to solve the issue and have everything refitted for us. I had a bedroom carpet fitted recently. After the fitters left I discovered a flaw in the carpet and immediately informed Karpet Kingdom. They asked for a photo, which was duly sent. There was no fuss and no argument, they agreed to replace the carpet and set a date. The fitters came on the due date and the carpet was replaced.
Well done Karpet Kingdom.

We used Karpet Kingdom Banbury to outfit our new home throughout with LVT and carpet. We had experience of the Leamington branch previously and had really been pleased so thought we would use again.

The team at Karpet Kingdom Banbury, particularly Khan who we liaised with mostly, were very friendly to deal with, kept us well informed throughout the quoting and fitting process and there was plenty of choice of both products types.

The team were booked in without issue and turned up when expected. Fitters did a fantastic job and were very friendly.

There was an issue on fitting in that an incorrect product was fitted in one room, however, the team at Banbury were fantastic and proactive in rectifying the issue free of charge, taking the issue seriously and sorting out within 4 days at no cost to us. In fact whilst this was something that went wrong the way it was handled was impressive and speaks volumes for their customer service.

We would highly recommend Karpet Kingdom Banbury and their fitting team to anyone.

Like all carpet shops plenty of choice and good prices . I have gone with karpet kingdom previously for carpets no problem so decided to go with them again for LVT and carpet.

The workmanship from carpet fitters was great ! Not so much from LVT fitters . For a brand new house my skirting boards looked like they belong to a 5 year old house . I was offered the chance for them to come back however declined they should have done the job right first time.

Arranged for someone to come and give quote at 4pm today. No one turned up or called so I left. I received a call at about 5pm from someone asking if I was in. When I highlighted that the appointment was for 4pm, the person said he had been busy and didn't know what the time was. I informed him that I would not be using a company that are unable to show up on time.

My rather elderly mother asked me to accompany her to Karpet Kingdom one day last November '21 as she wanted to refurbish her home now that she could after lockdown.
Having been very ill after having to have a serious operation just prior to lockdown - she spent majority of her time in isolation at home throughout Covid.

The sales staff were initially helpful enough - offering chairs, laughs and it seemed they wanted very much for her to be at ease.
After ordering the carpet and paying the deposit - we waited for the fitting date that was supposed to be in December.
This had to be rearranged to January '22 as the fitter had broken foot - and Covid related issues.
Come January and the day of fitting - it when our nightmare truly became real.
Firstly the fitting team of three, appeared at the home in the morning, after clearing some furniture they began to fit the carpet.
I kept them supplied with copious amounts of cups of tea/coffee and the occasional bangs and thump heard assured me that things were progressing.
After downing tools for lunch they were practically finished all except the downstairs lounge.

Here I had heard the banging, but frequent stoppages, footsteps muted words and conversation.
The furniture in the room that had been moved outside suddenly was hastily put back into the room -
They were also really good to follow me to the cash point to collect the cash - and later I found out why....

Upon getting home I decided it was a little chilly for my mother before I went to collect her - better she stayed out the way of the banging and thumped all day, but coming home to a warm, re-carpeted home would be great for her spirit..
Switching on the heating, greeted me with a series of bangs, gurgles, more bangs and a hissing sounds.
The smell of radiator sealant filled the air - and suddenly from nowhere a puddle was forming under the settee that was placed again the wall!
Panic ensued and as I sprang into action to find the water shut off valve! - the water kept coming...
And as I realised what was happening, and completely unable to stop the leak - I did wonder exactly how much water was in the central heating pipes?
I called a plumber - he arrived, we lifted the sodden carpet to reveal carpet grips and damp underlay.

Identifying the source of the leak was relatively easy.
One of the carpet grips had a row of nail embedded.
Upon lifting the gripper water started the spring out of the hole like fountain - upon replacing the gripper in the same position, appeared to "plug" the leak....
"You would have heard as soon as you hit it" the plumber explained - as he got on with the task of fixing the leak and the pipework...

Speaking to the shop at the first available opportunity - I explained to them -what had happened. I was told to expect a call back from the Area Sales Manager.
Great I thought - they must have had this happen before and so there must be a procedure to handling stuff like this! - instead he seemed were very keen to shift the onus onto the fitters. Indeed the chap said "look - this is why we insist that YOU pay the fitters directly! - YOUR contract is with them! - WE just supply the carpets THEY fit!"
OK - I thought - call the fitters - surely they must have some sort of insurance liability for something like this? - after contacting who I believe to be the owner, he was sympathetic at first, wanting me to send pictures of the now removed pipework with attached nail , video of actual leaking pipe, video showing gripper when replaced back the leaking stops, everything he asked for I complied with. "firstly my fitters don't use nails" - "if he was banging - he would have been banging the original gripper that was already there" - "we don't use nails that long for this exact reason" - "your pipes were fitted incorrectly - against the building regulations - they should be a certain depth under the floor (house was built in 1970's) whoever fitted the pipework did a shoddy job" - and finally - "if he hit a nail - the nail must have already been inside the pipe and was leaking all this time!" (carpets had been down originally 7 years) "all he's done is disturb the nail and possibly made it leak" - followed by a "you need to get it fixed on your house insurance!
And that was that..
Fast forward to May '22, we have had, estimators and various companies into the house, de-humidifiers constantly whirring (fuel bill sky rocketing), dust, upheaval, partial wall removal, floor will need re-screeding and resealing, skirting removed two downstairs rooms affected... slowly seeing light at the end of the tunnel .. the only thing missing from this sorry tale? . the words "I'm very sorry this has happened" from either the shop or the fitters. Accidents happen-fact! - it's also how you as a company respond that speak volumes!..
Oh btw - in their haste to leave, they left some tools! :-)

Another purchase from James and staff at Karpet Kingdom (Leamington Spa) … absolutely first class service again, super choice of quality and selection of carpets! Fitting led by Scarlett and team was also first class… extremely pleased with my new carpets again!

Dont believe in customer service. Poor quality flooring, poor quality fitters. A flooring under one year old has lifted twice and the manager of the shop isnt interested in getting it fixed.
Off to court we go!

Did my neighbours carpets recently and left all their old carpets over the floor of the car park. Made a right mess!

Excellent range of flooring & carpets at a very competative price, with great fitting & customer service.

Brilliant cost and service. They were much cheaper than my local carpet shop, but worried about using a new company.

However they turned out to be the best carpet people for our house and the bedrooms look beutiful.so have now ordered the stairs.

Good value and quality, communication brilliant, reliable came exactly when planned.

Finding a mustard carpet wasn’t easy, Karpet Kingdom had the perfect shade. They measured the area, gave advice, and the fitters did a great job. Really happy with the end result.
