The Junk Pros Anmeldelser

Spoke to the owner and arranged to have a NYC apartment emptied of it's remaining items and cleaned for turnover. Living in another state, speaking to the "operating officer", Rosie, and settling all the variables, I was/am quite pleased with Junk Pros -- I asked for pictures of the final result and got them, "...no problem". A little more costly than I had hoped [what isn't?], but well worth the lack of worry, efficiency [24-hour turnaround] and pleasure with the results. Would use again, anytime.

From start to finish, the entire team was very professional. They arrived to the appointment on time, completed the job fast and efficiently. And, most importantly, got the job done right....the first time. Followed up and kept me informed during the process. They kept it a completely stress free, which is very important. I would highly recommend JunkPros.

I am a professional stager and have used Junk Pros for many jobs in the past few years. They are easy to schedule and work with. They are always on time and professional on every level. I highly recommend them for jobs both small and large!

Excellent service experience! They were fast, clean, and extremely professional. Would highly recommend!

Rosie was very helpful when I called. She clearly explained everything to me and was helpful and friendly! Craig called the day of the appointment to say they had a cancellation and could they come early. Yay! That was a bonus! These guys were awesome. They were very knowledgeable, super fast and so very pleasant. Nice guys! I have already recommended The Junk Pros to a friend and would not hesitate to call again. Thank you!!!!!!

We have received service from the The Junk Pros for years now. We must say they are very reliable and fast. When we need their service they do their best to accommodate us and come on the same day. Their crew is very professional and hard working. We are glad to have found them and will continue to do business with them. We highly recommend them to anyone who has large loads of garbage and needs a quick service.

I have been using Junk Pros for several years. They are my go to people when I need trash or building materials or apartment contents removed. The workers are friendly and arrive on schedule and broom clean after they remove all the debris. What more could you ask for?

They came in with a big team and everything was very organized so the removal was as efficient as possible. Definitely calling them again for further work!

I have used Junk Pros for a few major heavy duty cleaning projects and I was extremely satisfied each time.

Junk Pros came out to clean out a 30,000 sqft building that my company owns but was abandoning in its current condition (lived in). The removal consisted of furniture, kitchen equipment, office equipment and garbage. The crew that came out were extremely professional. They did a fabulous job. Everything was done perfectly. They did not even leave one spec of dust or garbage anywhere. They were quick and the price couldn't be beat. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend.

This is my second time using Junk Pros and this time around I had my manager by my side to witness the professionalism and efficient work that they do. The price was right on target. My manager said that we got a great deal in comparison to other companies that offer the same services. I will be using Junk Pros in the future as well as recommend them to other tenants in the building as well. Thank you Junk Pros. Keep up the good work.

They were so accommodating - easy and fast ! very clean came and was finished cleaning our office out perfectly !

I had an amazing experience with The Junk Pros. I am a residential real estate agent was in the process of an estate sale. We were coming down to the wire, having to clear out a two bedroom, two bath apartment, before closing. Another junk removal company flaked out on me as the clock was ticking. The first company was unable to get the management company to accept their insurance.

Enter Gary and the Junk Pros. even though they knew I was in a bind, they gave me a very fair price and sent a crew of very professional, nice and effective movers. They moved at lightning speed.

As I said the first company was unable to get their insurance approved, but Junk Pros. not only submitted the insurance, but had the foresight to have the movers bring the certificate with them to make sure there were no problems.

Junk Pros save the day for me, lowered my blood pressure by dozens of points and will forever be the only company I would consider using.

I would, without hesitation, recommend Junk Pros to anyone,

The team that came was very efficient. They got the job done in less time than I had anticipated, and left each room clean and organized. We were very satisfied with the work, and should have another big project in a few weeks we plan to call them again.

Your team arrived on time. They assessed the job and went right to work. Originally they thought they might need an extra truck (which would have increased the cost). They were able to move out the entire load of furniture and beds using the one truck and I paid the quoted fee exactly. The team was courteous and friendly and wasted no time in completing the job. I would highly recommend The Junk Pros to anyone needing their services.

I hired Junk Pros to remove a very clutter apartment in Manhattan for a person that I am the Court Appointed Guardian. The Junk Pro Crew was very good at the task at hand and very professional. The only reason I did not give them a fifth star was because they cause some minor inconvenience to some of the other tenants in the building that required the Building's Superintendent to intervene.

Arrived on time, pleasant, accommodating and professional.

This is not the first time I've worked with the Junk Pros. Each time I find them to be so helpful!! Any company I've worked for I make sure they are my first call for Junk removal. Rosie is wonderful to work with!

I have a very polite and fast removal of some carpet from my office space. I'd use The Junk Pros again.

I had the leftovers of 35 years of my late dad's apartment in Manhattan to remove. The job included a very large amount of old books, dilapidated furniture and other 80-year-old bachelor accumulations. Craig, Luis and crew did a great job. I was concerned that we might not get it done in one day. This is a group of professional hard workers. I would recommend them to anyone. They did a great job. The apartment is now empty and ready to prep for sale.
