The Infinite Loop Anmeldelser

Professional Repair Service. These guys know their stuff. The repair process from initial contact through to return of repaired item is all clearly communicated and there are no 'surprises'.

The numbers on the keyboard of my 2017 MacBook were not functioning and I didn't want to invest in buying a new model just yet. I contacted Infinite Loop, never actually having heard of the business before.

Will was very knowledgeable and both he and Jake were extremely helpful in arranging, and managing the repair of my MacBook, especially as I didn't live locally and needed the laptop to run my business.

From first contact, to collection after repair, took less than 48hrs and the cost of repair was fantastic.

A nice bonus was that my laptop looked like another, brand new model because they'd given it a good clean...😬🫢

Would definitely recommend and intend on using them again for a RAM upgrade when I'm back in the UK.

Thanks Team IL

Good communication and service. Quick to reply email on the way forward to retrieve data as time capsule couldn’t be repaired. Would use again and will recommend to friends.

Honestly the only guys I would trust with my Apple products.
Quick repair with quality parts
And The level of professionalism demonstrated by your team is evident through the clear and consistent communication I received.

Good communication, explained the reasons for delay to my repair.

A fantastic service. I chose to go the express route and my laptop was assessed on the day and was fixed and ready to collect less than 24 hours later!

I left my ipad for a very complicated motherboard repair. It took some time but they did it and now it works like new again. I am very grateful with all the team! Will recommend for sure.

Great overall service. Very happy with the process and repair of my MacBook.

Came into work one day with my Macbook Pro refusing to charge, contacted these guys, drove down, handed over the laptop, came back the next day to pick it up. Really nothing to fault, the whole experience was quick, easy and streamlined.

My trusty iMac i've had since 2019 developed a Hard Disk issue seemingly out of the blue, which stopped it booting up even in safe mode. Found Infinite Loop and rang to see if they knew what might be wrong and if they could help.

It was diagnosed within a couple of days after drop-off, and fixed even quicker than that after i'd accepted the quote. She now runs like brand new with the upgraded SSD and extra RAM.

So thankful to the team at Infinite Loop for saving her from the scrapheap and giving it an extended life. I'll definitely keep them in mind for any other Apple Product repairs or sales/purchases I want in future.

The people at Infinite Loop are always knowledgeable, kind and supportive of someone who’s not experienced. The products are excellent

Great customer service and same day resolution. Really friendly staff, face to face and on the phone. Resolved my issues and had my Mac up and running within a hour for a reasonable price. Highly recommend. Thanks guys 😊

Infinite loop replaced my logic board and were helpful and nice when the Apple Store was awful. Also I was able to have another repair under a warranty which I was so grateful for!

I was really worried to fix my MacBook as other repair stores were charging hefty, but with infinite loops free repair check and the quick turnaround time. I am very grateful for their service as I only had to pay a reasonable amount of 167 pounds to replace the charging port of my laptop. The keys weren’t working and I had trouble switching on, thanks to their service I can confirm that it is in peak condition a month later. Definitely recommend for anyone with apple repairs.

The starter drive failed on the Mac, which mean not only would the machine not work we couldn't access any of the files.
The Infinite Loop team not only pulled off and saved all the files, they also installed a new and higher spec hard drive. They kept us up to date of what was happening providing a fantastic and very professional service.
Highly recommend and. would definitely use their services again

Had a blown charging circuit in my M1 macbook air. Infinite loop fixed it with ease. Quick turnaround, great comms, reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

My MacBook had touch key stuck , showed it to Apple but quote was too high and just 3 month warranty. The Infinite loop fixed the issue within a week and offered us 12 months warranty.
Great service and prompt response

Fantastic service, no hidden costs straight forward clear instructions on what's best for me and my aging old IMac. After looking into all options, to get me back up and running again. Infinite loop managed to restore my hard drive and a more reasonable priced Imac.
