Extremely disappointing experience with House of Rare.
I placed an order worth ₹13,000, and a partial order (#RCOM2386520) was cancelled due to their internal quality check failure. The worst part is I was never notified and the order just sat at “Order Placed” for over a week while I kept waiting.
After the refund was finally processed, I had to reorder the exact same items and ended up paying more (₹2643 instead of ₹2473). So because of their mistake, I lost money and wasted time.
Poor communication, no proactive updates, and customers are left dealing with the consequences of their operational failures. Really disappointing service.
