Think before Membership
It's a time to write review .I have tried several times to solve the issue by calling but nothing worked .Who ever like to take new membership please read my review.
I was approached from DRC - Representative (She is very good and helpful and not with DRC any more ) and i was hesitate to take membership for all restaurant and after long discussion she offered me a good package with everything included, she told inclusive moms.
now the problem comes:
1) i haven't received the faktura from them,this is not the consumption u pay every month,i assumed or waiting faktura to pay bill. Even she is in contact with me for many things and they never told anything about faktura not paid.Its not like i vanished after membership. Even if i am not paid i expected friendly email or phone call to me personally to check if i paid? I got to know only when the case send to court ? This is not a utility service,its a membership of a club,is it a right way to handle us? why not a single call made to me? even single mail about payment? i still like to pay what agreed to me and move out of DRC.called office but no help.
2) I was introduced so many service providers where i can save money but i end up losing money. One of the latest is that i have given my all bank account number to Norsk Elkraft ,He did many many mistake in my case and he claims its my mistake i asked him to fill application.In denmark its everything about Trust,we trust people and culture. This is something as a foreigner i like about denmark but the trust is broken. Company taking money from account A for the invoice for the Company B. I am looking for a lawyer to take this case to court.He did 100% illegal and played with my bank data. I have reported this to DRC but they didn't help to solve rather they start supporting them and we don't know what kind of deal they have between DRC and Norsk Elkraft ??
3) After a high disappointment with Norsk Elkraft , i wrote email to DRC on 09-02-2018 that we like to cancel all our relation with DRC. I haven't received any response for that. i called office and told them same and then later i found contact person left so i last some where.Now i get faktura for the year June 2018 to pay membership?i have emailed DRC several times and called but it's almost like u are talking to the darkroom where no one respond. Why i should pay when i am out with in a year?
Norsk Elkraft - Did same cheating work with Italian Restaurant at Østerbro and he also left DRC and moved out from Norsk Elkraft :(
4) During my membership period i called few times to check for what's right and wrong but answer is very simple,we need to talk to lawyer and cost 2000kr per hour,You can get wonderful lawyer in market even for 1000 dkk per hour and why you need to pay so much membership and then u pay expansive lawyer??? Think before taking membership??
5) From Day 1,I asked i need a right contract based on my environment and they promised they do to free but after i sign the membership what i got that simple template which i have already.Adding any or changing cost extra !!!!!!!! :(

I found FPR Insurance who is very good and very reliable !
Negative :
Above All and Nothing else positive.
Before write review i tried my best to solve with them but no help from any ! I am still open for discussion to solve my issue and this review should bring more awareness to management of DRC what's going around?
