I’ve purchased two watches from The Horse, one in store and one on-line. Both watches were exactly as depicted on-line and look amazing in person. (One women’s watch and on men’s watch)
I ended up having an issue with one of the watches but the customer service team was excellent to deal with. They sent me a postage paid slip to send the watch back for free and sent out a replacement which I received days after they received mine back. Very happy with how they handled the situation.
Would definitely purchase from The Horse again!

The watch that I purchased arrived and was not working. I received an immediate response from The Horse team when I contacted them regarding the issue. The return procedure was seamless and my replacement watch was express posted back to me immediately. Despite the fact that the initial watch arrived 'broken', I truly can't fault the service or experience I had with The Horse. I'm so happy I purchased through them and wouldn't think twice about purchasing through them again.

Immediately, Hayley organised for a replacement, not questions asked and I received the new watch within a week. Our communication was at all times prompt and polite. Great quality and amazing service. I had bought the wrong size leather lead (due to my Labrador’s preference for a shorter lead). The exchange process was quick, friendly and very responsive.

I purchased a tan cross body bag from The Horse and it is the most beautiful, soft leather, well made bag I've ever had. I love it so much and it fits so much in it. Super soft leather but very durable. I will definitely be back.
p.s. great customer service, super fast delivery time and beautiful packaging - would make a beautiful gift but was too nice to give away :)

Kayley from customer service was very helpful and I received the parcel in great time - was exactly what I have been looking for. The monogramming on the key fob is stunning, such a beautiful touch. The cross body bag is perfect - can wait to order another colour!

I love my watch and Tan Leather backpack from the horse. I wear them daily and have so for years. I get so many compliments and they are as good a quality as the day I purchased them.
Recently I had to go through customer service for a small issue and Kayley was amazing. She was kind, offered great advice and the issue was resolved promptly. I wouldn't buy my bags or watches anywhere else :)

Sarah and the team were amazing, the watch each was a gift and is probably the most beautiful watch I have ever seen, beautiful quality and so well thought of.

after a year with my watch I had to change the battery, when I took it in I was advised there might be something wrong with the stopper mechanism, as I really love my watch I have contacted the support team that encouraged me to send my watch if for them to have a look at ( not to mention the fast response and kind attitude the team had) and was contacted just a few days later advising they have decided to send me a new watch! all in all I am very happy with my watch, the team and there beautiful work, thank you🙏

The delivery has been well in the rage of what is expected during these time. I am very please with my purchases and I have now starting to buy for my family as gifts. I absolutely love the tan backpack I ordered from The Horse. I chose this bag because a friend of mine had one in black that she got a few years ago and every time I saw it the bag just looked more amazing due to the quality of the leather. It is the perfect bag for day to day use, work and travelling. It easily fits a large water bottle, coffee cup, book, plus all my usual handbag items. The way the straps can be used to make the bag a shoulder bag, cross body bag or backpack make it so convenient! The team at The Horse also offer THE BEST customer service I have ever experienced. If you are sitting on the fence about ordering one of these bags go for it, you will not regret it! I have also ordered 2 for milestone birthday gifts for my sister and sister in law.

My watch chipped after about 10 months of continual wear (my fault, I'm sure) and not only did they replace it for free, but were exceptionally gracious and sweet about it.

It's hard to find a clean, classic watch for women. Mine looks great and I get a lot of compliments on it. And it weirdly makes me feel like I have my sh!t together. Highly recommend.
