Primo acquisto realizzato con questo sito, conosciuto su TikTok, poi approfondito su Reddit e Trustpilot in cui emerge una visione del brand a mio avviso totalmente sconnessa dalla realtà.
Non capisco le critiche aspre e dure della gente, che certamente avrà avuto i suoi motivi per farle, ma la mia esperienza è più che eccellente con questo brand.
Ho acquistato borsa Clementine nella versione Green Olive e ne sono entusiasta. Qualità eccelsa, la borsa è arrivata in condizioni impeccabili, nonostante la spedizione sia stata lunga (Australia-Italia).
La spedizione è stata ottimale, tempi di consegna brevissimi (letteralmente 4 giorni lavorativi!), molto sopra le mie aspettative.
Veramente stupita dal trattamento di questo brand. Peccato spedisca da extra-UE e si debba pagare non poco tra IVA, dazi doganali e spese amministrative, ma questo naturalmente non è imputabile al venditore.
Complimenti, tornerò ad acquistare! 🥰

I bought their water resistant watch, I absolutely love it, it’s super durable, great when you’ve got kids and work in a preschool where you’re constantly getting your watch dirty and wet 😂 . I accidentally chucked it in a heavy load washing machine and it came out like nothing had happened. Highly recommend.

I really wanted to support this company but they have terrible customer service. I purchased a bucket bag with shipping and damage protection. It arrived creased in the front. I sent them and email about it and they responded within 1 day advising me to keep using it and it would sort itself out. I replied and said it's not really a great response considering I paid for shipping and damage insurance and therefore expect for my bag to not arrive damaged. They've ignored my follow up email completely (a week and no response). They also don't publish the reviews (that they request) on their website if it's not positive. Poor customer service and dishonest marketing.

Great customer service experience after AusPost messed up the delivery and send the bag back to The Horse. The team resent the bag to me within a day.

I ordered the clementine bag which is beautiful. Nicely done, amazing leather, the only downside is the smell. There is a very strong chemical smell, perhaps from the glue that it’s used or from the warehouse where they store the bags.

Hopefully they see our feedback and they will implement some changes in the future.

Great value for money all in all.

Designs are nice but the material makes it unwearable. Horrible, toxic chemical smell that fills up an entire room and gives you a headache.

Bag I received had what seemed to be an added “leather scent” to the material but not sure what kind of leather mix they use. The smell is just too much.

I emailed them several times and they seem to downplay the issue but the problem is real and so many are complaining of the same thing.

Bags look nice but they are not worth ordering for risk of getting a “stinky” one.

Hope they address this issue soon.

I live in the UK and I ordered a Clementine bag. It came in about a week beautifully packed and really excellent quality with a personal touch.

My first order I believe was forgotten not until the I sent the email and checked my order. I ordered in August and never got my order until after my email , around late October. Im very happy with the product though.

I really really REALLY wanted to support The Horse. I am an expat and live buying local designer stuff from back home. I ordered the Clementine bag in early Oct (it was in stock, not pre-order) and have not heard anything despite multiple emails. I appreciate it is a small business but this is pretty basic customer service. Really disappointed.

Absolutely superb quality in both construction and leather. Worth so much more than the price and produced in Australia makes the leather bags I purchased a great deal. Shipping to the US was much faster than expected. I’ve purchased other things from Australia and delivery has taken forever. I was thrilled with the speed of delivery. I highly recommend!

It's been almost 2 months for one item & almost a month for my other purse. I haven't received any of the two I ordered. There has been no updated status about my orders, so I can't give 5 stars.

I have been a return customer of the horse for several years, purchasing watches, bags, a wallet, and additional watch bands. I love my large tote which I use for work, rarely zipping it up.
I was happy to support a smaller Australian company.
Unfortunately, the Dylan cross body bag I used as my every day bag had a split zip less than 10 months after purchase. This was the phone compartment and I had only ever had my regular Samsung in this. Less than a month later, the main zip broke.
I emailed the company and explained, also asking if they repaired zips. All I got was No, we don't.
I then wrote a review on their site and received an email offering me 15% off my next purchase. My review has not gone up on their website.
I've now ordered an Oroton bag and will go with this company or go back to Status Anxiety in future. Such a shame.

I recently purchased 3 bags from The Horse, shipping to the UK within a week. The Quality was fantastic, well made, at affordable prices, even with additional tax and duties costs. Looking forward to new designs from the brand. Already have pre-ordered the clementine bag, which is constantly sold out.

I finally found my perfect sporty travelling bag. The leather and craftmanship is excellent. The service is amazing and it took less than a week for the bag to arrive from Australia to Iceland,

I understand the Horse is not a big conglomerate and that's why my bag wasn't over priced so my expectations were in check. I got a great product for the price and I was patient because at time of purchase, disclaimer said when bag would be shipped so no problem. I love your products.

The website is easy to navigate, if item is not in stock. The team get back to you straight away when it is. It’s also lovely to get a thank you from the team for purchasing. I purchased a Clementine purse (taupe) a month long ago. It is super stylish and versatile. Overall, Excellent quality and easy to use.

Ordering from The horse was a breeze and the informations from packing to shipping along the way was exceptional.

Not a good experience at all. Item arrived and had a really horrible smell to it. Notified the customer service right away. Was told to let it air out for awhile. No thank you sorry…. Wanted to return item, paid $70.00 to return it. Waiting on that to delivered.
