Best Custom holsters. The holster mill is my go to gor all my holster needs. The adjustable ride height is key as I wear different type pants and cant adjust the height. I will always support The Holster Mill!!

Fantastic quality! Had an issue with the gun light for fitment, and it was resolved the same day, having a replacement made within a few days! Well worth the wait and absolutely will be using them again!

Ordered a holster 6 months ago. 2 months ago it arrived and did not fit the pistol in a carry ready position. I emailed the company and sent pictures of the improper fit. He said he would have a new one out the next business day. Its been 2 months and still no replacement. I have sent 30 emails over the last 6 months and have now started asking for a refund. He has not responded and is not acting in good faith. I do not suggest doing business with this guy and do not trust his Word. If he had fixed the problem the first time he would have gotten a better review, but he has failed to show good faith and integrity at each interaction or lack thereof. I would have given zero stars if I could have.

Update as if 30 July:

I was contacted by THM and they said that after my review here, they were going to refund the money and that our business was done. Additionally, I was told to take down this review, keep the holster and leave a 5 star review. Since I am not in the practice of being pressed and flexed on, I will post the review. I have all 32 emails and will share them here if the issue is forced.

I placed my order on May 2, 2026 and I still have not received my order, I would have loved the opportunity to put 5 stars but, I can't do so without my order. I placed my order a few monthes ago, its is now July 25th and still nothing.I have had to escalate my issue to the owner of the company and monthes has gone by and I still have not received my order. Its really frustrating being a CCW holder and I can not practice/train with my firearm and protect my family because I don't have the holster I paid for. At this point. I will have to go to my bank and file fraud and grievances and will be taking my business and my referrals elsewhere. In this crazy world, monthes of training could mean the difference between life and death so holsters are not just "some product" it directly correlates with safety and this is unacceptable. Li have since bought a new firearm and light setup and have ordered from another company (Tier 1 concealed) and I must say, that I have no regrets ordering from them. Not only was my holster delivered within a month, but the customer service and methodical execution of business/products has earned my loyalty and respect. As for Holstermill, I still want what I paid for and I am entitled to it as that is what I paid for. At this point, I wonder of they will ever deliver my order, let's see how this concludes,I will update this post. If by some miracle their holster executes functionality, quality and attention to detail, I will take back what I said, I am curious.

I ordered a holster on 5/18 with a lead time of 10-15 days. I emailed in 6/21 to ask for an update, and was told it would ship by end of day 6/24. On 7/6, 2 full weeks after the deadline they established, I received a shipping notification. It is now 7/15 and the shipping still shows “Shipping Label prepared, USPS awaiting package”.

I let them know the holster was needed for a match on 7/12, and they assured me it would arrive in time. When it hadn’t shipped by the end of June, I bought kydex, hardware, and foam and made my own. I’ll be reaching out today to cancel the order.

Update: it’s now been 2 days since I emailed requested cancellation, no response. No acknowledgement. No update from the company on my holster’s progress. Shipping label still marked as “created, awaiting package”. Sounds like it’s chargeback time for an instagram page that just happens to get holsters out the door once in a while.

Product is great. The lead time and communication was 1 star.

I ordered my holster on April 2nd and didn't receive it until June. The wait was definitely longer than I expected, and I considered canceling my order. However, there aren't many holster options available for the HK VP9 with an Olight PLX.

When the holster arrived, I was very impressed. The material is strong, sturdy and the fit was amazing, I did run into a few issues but customer support was very helpful and communicated well, and made sure my concerns were taken care of
While the production and shipping time could be improved, the quality of the holster and the excellent customer service made the wait worthwhile. Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Ordered on April 25th. Not a word about the status of the holsters. Emailed twice; no response. Decided to follow them on social media to send message there as they seem to post daily on Instagram and Facebook; message was read but never responded to. I would say they have poor customer service but that would mean that it would have to actually exist; which it clearly doesn’t. I regret trying to purchase but at least it was easier to file claim with PayPal. PLEASE, PLEASE; avoid this site, scam likely.

Small update: After posting this review as well as a review on Facebook someone reached out and essentially took the blame for the mishap. It was a nice gesture and while I’m still interested in their holster due to me having a very niche firearm/light combination; I’m not interested in having to leave negative reviews in order to get a response. Maybe I’ll try again in the future but currently going to still have to avoid and look for a holster elsewhere.

Well it's hard to make a review when I haven't gotten the thing yet. I would've went with a more reliable company, but since I got a bit of an odd ball (Canik mete SF, W/Olight PL-X) no one makes a holster for it.

When I first made my order; it had a 10-15 day lead time. Now it's week 4, and not a peep from the seller.

I tried contacting through the website. Nothing. Tried through a email. Nothing. I understand if there's delays,
(annoying but understandable) but at least tell me it's delayed or something. Don't just leave me in the dark.

At this point it just seems like a scam site. I hope I'm wrong, but we'll see. I'll probably change my review if I ever receive it.

*Edit 06/30/26*: Now it's week 6, and still no holster. I actually did get a shipping update on my order saying the labe was created, and is awaiting pick up. That was weeks ago, and it still hasn't left.

It's being shipped out of Florida, and I live just one state over. So at this point I could have just driven to Florida, and picked it up myself; and it would have been faster.

The seller did actually contact me after my last review, and was very apologetic for the delay; and lack of communication. Saying they never got my emails, and this kind of thing has happened before. I tried to respond back, and got nothing again.

I'll update again if I ever get my holster.

*Edit 07/14/27* I finally got my holster! From the time I ordered it (May 16th). To the time I got it (July 7th) it was a total of 7½ weeks. That's a long time for anything let alone a holster; but now that I have it. It's time for an actual review of it.

**The Real Review**

So right off the back it's a pretty good holster. It feels quality; and is nice and sturdy. It's the DPC+ (Light Bearing), and it's great. The only thing I wish it had was the ability to cant both ways instead of the just the one. One of the edges looked a bit unfinished, but it wasn't sharp or uncomfortable at all.

So overall I'd give the site 3/5.

2/5 for the overall shipping process, and 3.5/5 for the holster

The shipping process is really holding the company back from being a great option, but hopefully they'll make changes and get there.

 

Holster never delivered after months of delay. Unreliable/incompetent seller.

Custom built holster that works well and looks even better. It’s also very comfortable and I’m on the larger side at 6’7 355. The Holster Mill is very responsive when I asked a question during this whole process. Will be buying more holsters from them in the near future.

As of right now it's been over a month since I ordered my holster and I have yet to receive it. I contacted a few weeks ago to make a small change and I was assured that making that change would not affect the arrival time of my order.

I ordered my holster on 2/23 with a 10-15 day lead time. A month later, it had still not shipped and I was not updated/ given the option to cancel as the website states will happen. I reach out and on 3/23 they tell me it will ship on 3/24 (email addressed to the wrong name but whatever). On 3/28 the order status switches to “shipped” and as of 4/4, USPS is still “label created, waiting to receive package” status. I have reached out to customer service and have received 0 replies. Then I receive the “Leave us a review” email and here we are. So who knows if the product is good. It’s definitely not worth the wait. No holster is. I would seek other options first. 0 stars would be a better option than 1, but they give you 1 star for existing I guess.

It was super late with delivery I waited over a month for the product and it sat with a shipping label for a week. When the product finally came I was underwhelmed with the quality. The edges of the holster where either not cleaned off and rounded properly or edges where just rushed through and left gauges and bad edges. After a month I emailed that I would like a refund they said the holster shipped out already and that they would give me a partial which I never received. Over all just very unhappy with the customer service and product.

Ordered a product on February 16th with a lead time off 15-20 days. They still haven’t shipped my product. Emailed them and a week later no response, emailed them again they told me by the end of the week…still didn’t ship. Emailed them again they told me by this Thursday…still not shipped. If you actually want to get a product shop somewhere else!

Ordered the DCP+ on February 20- at which point lead time was 7-10 days. Finally received the holster on April 4 after some obvious delays and miscommunications. The holster itself looks great!!! The cordura covering adds a level of comfort without adding any additional thickness. Innovative belt clip apparatus adds more adjustability rather than the clip being attached directly to the holster. The guys did offer a refund at a point in the process to try and make it right. Based on the cordura option alone I WOULD want to get another holster, but i am wary of delays.

I like the product and be looking for more

Great product overall good material where used to build this holster! Definitely recommended, just note there is delay on my case longer then Supposed almost 1 month to get it but the Onwer took care of me so that’s why I’m giving 5 stars.

Customer service was great help me out so much will be getting another holster real soon
