It was a routine appointment for wax…
It was a routine appointment for wax removal which was done in a very thorough and effective way. The audiologist. Candice, also responded to the fact that musical upper frequencies are now sounding out of tune. Her new music programme for my hearing aids has made a significant improvement.

I would totally recommend the hearing…
I would totally recommend the hearing clinic. They are professional and very knowledgeable but also very friendly and easy to talk to. Everything is explained in easy to understand language and help and support is offered before and after purchase. The standard of care is exceptional and it is a pleasure to visit them. I have been 100% happy with my hearing aids and have had no problems at all.

APD testing & low-gain hearing aid programming
Angelique helped me with APD testing. She was great and helped me feel comfortable.
She also helped with programming hearing aids for APD. They have been working very well.

Dr. Zhuqeelah Scott at The Hearing Clinic was incredibly thorough in assessing my 17-year-old. She took the time to ask detailed questions about our concerns, performed a range of tests, and explained the results clearly. The report she provided was comprehensive and easy to understand. I highly recommend her for anyone seeking professional hearing care.

Fantastic experience of audiology and APD assessment
My daughter was immediately put at ease during what was an intense 2 days of testing. Staff were brilliant with her, kind and caring and helped to get the best out of the assessment. They took the time to go through everything with me, and even went above and beyond when we had a disaster of a morning to get to the clinic.
