Fantastic thorough appointment and was able to get exactly what I wanted from it - swim ear plugs (in purple!)!
Originally, I just wanted to get the ear plugs, but I'm glad policy is for a full assessment for new patients as I've now been recommended LGHA for my auditory processing difficulties. Learnt a lot about myself and the science of hearing.
Trisha was absolutely brilliant and very patient and great at explaining everything. I also had a really comfortable ear wax cleaning which is something I didn't think existed!

Deciding it's time you need help with your hearing is a big and daunting experience. Candice made that experience actually enjoyable and interesting with her calm nature and her professionalism, which I think extends to the whole team at The hearing Clinic. I travel a fair distance to attend and wouldn't go anywhere else.

This is a very competent company! The staff are polite, friendly, punctual, very patient and really professional. They know their subject, and are very enthusiastic about helping their clients to hear clearly. These skills give us, the clients, a comfortable experience and a worthwhile outcome.

Deeply embedded ear wax (both ears) was smoothly removed. My hearing level was improved immediately. The audiologist attended to me was professional. Worth waiting 2 weeks for my appointment.

Lovely surroundings. The audiologist explained everything and answered my questions. The procedure was very simple, comfortable and quick. I felt I could hear a bit better straight away. Very satisfied

Easy to book an appointment to clear blocked ears (wax buildup) online within the same week. At the appointment the Hitchin staff were very welcoming and fully explained the procedure before starting, checked I was ok throughout and I left with completely restored hearing. Cannot recommend enough!

Very thorough hearing check and a good plan to improve my hearing

Trisha Patel was helpful and explained the procedure to me. She explained what further treatment would be required. She showed me what was happening inside my ears using a camera, which helped me to understand why I had been having the problems inside my ears.

The whole experience was excellent and recommended your clinic to two other people .
