I was really looking forward ot getting this bag as I already have a Healthy Back Bag small bag. The baglette looks beautiful; however, I struggled with the pockets in the bag. The outside zip pocket is very restrictive; it can be hard to open it, and it really doesn't fit very much in it. I also found the inside pocket hard to access when wearing the bag. This pocket would be more accessible if it were slanted a little. Also, I was very disappointed that there is no zippered pocket the full size of the bag, like in the small bag. This would be very useful for storing important stuff - a purse or a passport. I would give the bag 4 stars if it were a standard material; however, I ordered the leather one, so I paid a lot of money for a bag I'm not that happy with :-(
