Shipping and returns was very easy. Unfortunately, the product was not for me. It was beautifully constructed. Thank you again for a smooth transition.

The wig I received looks nothing like the photo. The length is also not like the photo the ends are thin and stringy. It’s horrible! They charge your card before you receive your item. I know why now..I paid 165.00 for a wig I’m embarrassed to give my daughter-in-law who has cancer. Horrible!! Still waiting on customer service to get back with me on returning this item..
You did charge me prior to receiving the item. Also, I did not do a charge back but I appreciate you giving me the advice to do so.

My hair is long,grey and thinning. I wear it in a ponytail and now with the perfectly matching hair piece, it looks full, wavy and natural . I love it. My husband said, “ You are lovely without it, but I can see it make you feel better about yourself, so I like it, too!”

I love the topper I bought and the customer service when I was choosing the color was fantastic!! My emails were answered promptly. Great product and great customer service!

Excellent customer service! My promo code didn’t work when I entered it for the discount so I made a note in the response section requesting the discount. When I received the receipt on email the discount had been applied! First time with any company that has happened! Thank you!

Did not like the wig and could not return because of fine print on Louis Ferre wigs. It would be nice if you posted it to where a person could see it before purchasing. Will not buy his brand ever again>

Our experience shopping with Headshop Wigs was very good. Our order got here quickly. They have a wide variety of products some that are hard to find. I particularly like that they carry Christina Headwear. They are the absolute best head scarfs.

I only give them a one star because you can't give them a "no star". Do not buy from this company.. customer service is horrible. They do not stand behind their return policy and are very rude and condescending when you try and reason with them.. color is not true, style is ok, but not as described. If you want to be out of $70.00..try..but I would save my money.. terrible experience..

I am very happy with the topper I purchased but the lack of standardized hair color coding (“light gray” instead of color 59, 60, or 61) made it impossible to know what I was going to get when I ordered. This deficiency is compounded by your no-returns policy. However, overall I got a topper I could use if not the ideal topper I would like to have received. Specifically, my own gray hair is almost white at the temples and progressively darker at the nape. It is NOT the evenly mixed 90% gray and 10% dark brown of your if your “light gray” topper.

My product was on backorder and I was not informed of the delay (several weeks). In fact, I was sent an email asking for a review over a week before it actually arrived. I left 3 voice mails and reached out by chat and facebook messenger in an attempt to find out what was happening with my order. It was only when I threatened to dispute the charges with my bank that I received a response. The product finally arrived and the color was not what I was hoping for. I lost my shipping both ways and a restocking fee for an item I looked at for 2 minutes and didn't even try to use because the color was off. The product itself looked good if the color had been right...really hard to tell with a monitor and they do not have a user friendly way to find the right color...color swatches are really expensive and the actual hairpiece is a combination of colors so it won't really help. If you return "excessively" (two times in a row) they charge you a 30% restocking fee! Not a very customer friendly company or experience.

It’s OK, way too shiny

I own a salon I just recently started doing hair toppers for my customers so I don't know alot about them yet. I ordered 2 hair toppers it took a long time to get them, they were synthetic hair they were good quality, Clients liked them. So then I order what I thought was a human hair topper, I put in human hair toppers and the page came up they had hair extensions in between the pictures of the toppers I needed a ash blonde it was the only ash blonde color so i ordered it without looking at all the description so when I got it in the mail it was extentions not a topper. I didn't even open the package. I emailed them got the direction for the return it they said if they paid the return postage it would be $8.95 so I mailed it only cost $4 then I got a email saying I was charged a $28 return fee I tried to email pictures of how the pages were and what I saw.I was just trying to get them to understand how I got confused. At that point I wasn't even asking for the $28 returned I just was trying to get my point across. I was sent a email telling my they were not going to engage in that and dismissed me! I absorbed the $28 I am not passing that on to my client. Covid19 has effected everyone. You shouldn't take peoples money that are in the same boat as you. I will never buy from this company again there customer service is awful!!!! If you have a extra $28+$8.95=$37 you want to loose, you should instead give it to someone who needs it. Do unto others as you would want done to you! If anyone would like to read the emails that I sent and they sent back so you can make your own judgment feel free to contact me through this site
Refrence to your reply: August 19, 2020 you charged my PayPal $104.57 on September 9, 2020 you credited my PayPal $76.49 that leaves $28.08 you kept for restocking fee. So I guess that means you charged me $8.95 for shipping you didn't pay for it. I don't kneed to say anything more the facts say it all you kept $28.08 I stand behind my review! And I have the facts to back it so if I wouldn't have paid the return shipping it would have been $28.08+$8.95=$37.03!

Great product, great service. Very helpful customer service helped me understand the color I selected. I am very happy with the quality of my new pony tail, can't wait to order more!

Took 2 weeks to come. Then the fit wasn’t good. The band around the hair was big.

I love the style and color!It was one size fits . I realized I’m a petite. That was my only issue. Of course that was my own fault.
