All in all, I would highly recommend this program as the perfect supplement to the grounded leaders online material!

Background- I stumbled upon this program after purchasing a few books from the website. Here are a few reasons why I’d recommend this program:
1. Personalized attention via Whatsapp (it definitely made the program stand out from the usual coaching/ therapy methods out there)
2. Focus on somatic aspects to not overthink rather than the usual cognitive methods used in standard therapy which lengthen the over thinking loop
3. Genuine desire of the assigned coach to help you out with grounded mess in all aspects of your life and not just relationships. My coach could easily deal with complexity of my situation and break it down into simple actions for me. She would challenge me often and not just pursue an approach because I asked her to.
4. Usage of tech in providing debriefs and summaries- I commend the team in leveraging tech (e.g. summaries, action points, weekly focus) in making the interactions smooth where the transition from 1 session to another was seamless and there was no discontinuity despite a gap of 1 week in between sessions.

I didn't think I needed this; I didn't realise how much of myself I had lost. With simple, honest and repetitive routines, I feel regulated, calm, confident and in control of myself again. My family, my staff, and my friends are all responding positively, and I am more positive than ever. With Adrian's incredible emotional intelligence and sound advice, he's helped me come out of the lowest point in my life so far. I feel more resilient than ever !

Unshakable Identity, Wise Man's Decision, and the Re-Contact protocol all provide great content but they require some self discipline to read the materials, absorb it, and then put it into practice. Coach Bering provides immediate feedback and coaching so that as interactions happen, they can be reviewed and analyzed to see if it's a win or not. As someone who is actively living through a painful separation, the tool has been invaluable to help me work on myself and gain clarity in our relationship, whether we stay together or not.

The program has been life changing so far. Adrian and the team have been so open and genuine in helping and understanding what I need to move forward positively. If you’re looking to change your approach with your spouse, kids and professional life, don’t look too far. This program is for you.

I’m now a month into my 3 month programme. I’ve trusted the process completely and it’s changed my life. Through breathing techniques and noticing different feelings in my body, I’m able to control my emotions and lead stable conversations and thoughts. Adrian has been unreal to work with and I’m only just beginning. Can’t wait to see the results and changes in myself over the next two months! Cannot recommend this programme enough.
