Dave’s dedication to his students is unmatched. An incredibly patient, calm instructor - would highly recommend to anyone. I struggle a lot with anxiety and chronic fatigue syndrome, and he always did his best to accommodate my needs in every lesson. I passed first time around, so, thank you again Dave! :)

I was very lucky to have Alex be my driving instructor. I decided to learn in an automatic for the ease and benefits automatic cars provide. Alex is an honest, down to earth kinda guy and will always make the learning environment comfortable and enjoyable. Alex's teaching style is respectful and very supportive. Alex has an incredible knowledge for vehicles, driving tests and so much more! He takes a person centered approach to learners. Throughout my time learning to drive with Alex was fantastic, and I so enjoyed the experiences and skills I gained through learning with The Green Cat driving school. Alex is very approachable and a very friendly person. He makes learning to drive fun but stays focused and on task. When I started learning I was a bag of nerves! However, by the time of my test I was confident and trusted in myself and all the skills Alex helped me gain! And I passed first time! Mr David Jonker is an extremely patient instructor. I like how meticulous he is in his approach. I strongly recommend him to anyone that wants to pass their test real quick

I felt that I got many things covered in every single lesson I had. I wish I had come here sooner as compared to other instructors I've been to previously this was by far the best I've experienced. Even after the first lesson I felt a lot more confident within my driving and progress, I definitely made the right decision choosing this service. Alex is the BEST driving instructor out there, he really took the fear and anxiety out of driving for me and I was able to pass first time which is something I’d never believe could happen before I got in his car. Looking forward to motorway lessons when uni ends!

The Green Cat Driving School is an excellent organisation. Alex is a fantastic teacher with impressive technical knowledge, while also being hugely supportive. As someone who put off learning to drive for a few years, I was thankful for Alex who immediately put me at ease and supported my driving journey, resulting in a first time pass! Dave has honestly been the best instructor I could have asked for, was very patient and encouraging. He increased my confidence massively and was very easy to talk to, I looked forward to my lessons every week and I highly recommend him.

My driving instructor, Alex, is the best instructor out there in my opinion. He would make sure that I was confident especially on manoeuvres which was my struggle point. He would make sure that I was prepared and ready for my test which all paid off. I would recommend 100%.

I've passed my test today and I could not be happier. I had experience of learning from 20 years ago, and from fifteen years ago and had very little confidence. Alex was a very calm, patient and reassuring instructor and helped me tackle my psychological blind spots as well as teaching me well to check the physical ones (always looking for bikes and babies...).
He is direct, but fair, and strives to make the most of each individual learners strengths, experience and learning style.
I really felt like I was preparing to be a safe (and eco) driver for life. Thank you so much!

David helps me on the details on driving, he is patient, when I missed some of details, he encouraged me do better and don't miss next time; he praise when I did right. He also gives me some tips on how to pass the test. Good teacher.
