Bad experience
Honestly, you guys were recommended to me and I must say that I regret my decision to do business with you. The amount that we received for the price is the only thing good from this deal. You delayed or shipment pending our approval for artwork but you never including the final product on the email. You also tried to be slick and charge or card for 3 additional uniforms w/o notifying us first. Guess what we never added 3 addtl uniforms. Horrible experience. First impressions are everything.

Hi Makeisha,
Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We are truly sorry for the bad experience — we dropped the ball on this order and failed to clearly communicate with you regarding the additional charges. I believe all additional charges have been credited back to your account. Please let us know if that is not the case or if we can do anything else to fix this poor first impression: feedback@thegraphicedge.com
