The Granite House  Anmeldelser

I have used the Granite house twice now, once for an indoor kitchen and am now in the process of having another top fitted to an outdoor kitchen.

Both times I have found the team prompt, helpful and overall a pleasure to deal with.

We would thoroughly recommend The Granite House to anyone. We needed an off-cut for our electric wood-burning stove and Lynne was so helpful in finding the right piece of granite. The finished piece looks beautiful - thank you to everyone for your help and professionalism.

I ordered a piece of granite for our kitchen island which looks fantastic and we are very pleased with the product and speed of serivce. Harriet and everyone else at the company were superb and I can thoroughly recommend

The Granite house are lovely, I definitely can recommend. We did the right choice. Thank you

The Granite House team in Bicester were very helpful from start to finish. We visited their showroom and staff were very approachable in advising us of the quartz options. When it came to templating our kitchen, we were given some good advice and suggestions as to what would work well for us. The fitters were very pleasant and professional when installing the worktops and splashbacks and were meticulous in their workmanship. The end result was superb.
We would highly recommend this company.

We just popped in for an offcut for a fireplace. The staff were excellent, can't fault them and certainly would use them again.

Excellent service
So happy with end result
Harriet was amazing, nothing too much trouble

The Granite House team from the start of the process to the completion were faultless.
The time between templating and installing our Quartz was 7 days, great service.
I would highly recommend Granite House in the future.

Great pre and post sales service. Survey and installation were professionally done.

We are thrilled with our beautiful worktops. The whole experience was stress free and the fitters were very professional and polite. Thank you so much.

Everything was completed in the alotted time by craftsmen and staff to a very high standard. We were very satisfied with everything and would recommend The Granite House.

Everything about our experience was great - from the initial appointment to turn around time of quotes and final installation. Really pleased with both the quality and finish of the worktop. I will return!

We had new worktops installed and they did a great job. Really nice men who came and left everything neat and tidy. I would definitely be this company.

Granite House staff were very efficient and friendly and completed a professional job in fitting our granite worktops.

The team at Granite House were great from start to finish. Any questions I had they were happy to help. The team measured, cut, fitted and finished the worktops. My kitchen looks amazing. I would highly recommend.

I went into The Granite House having absolutely no idea what I was looking for - other than some kind of worktop. Luckily for me the team there were well prepared for my lack of knowledge.

Lynne in the showroom talked me through colours, materials, finishes (matt vs gloss), as well as the pros and cons of each. She also gave me some great advice on colours based on what was already in my kitchen.

Gary came round to template for the worktop and he couldn't have been more patient with me, repeatedly explaining the various edge styles and corner radiuses.

Jack and Connor came to fit the worktop and, continuing the theme of the company, they were incredibly professional, polite and knowledgeable. They each talked me through the do's and don'ts of maintenance as well as which products they recommend using to clean the surface.

The whole process was made stress free by this lovely team. If you're on the fence about working with them, don't be.

I needed a piece of quartz as part of a bar area in my daughters house and couldn't find anything reasonably priced. A friend told me about The Granite House in Bicester. Off-cuts galore, really lovely staff who know what they are talking about and so helpful with the corner design and....so reasonably priced. Brilliant experience.

Fantastic service and the granite worktops look fabulous.

We have used The Granite House for years, great staff, very knowledgeable, amazing service.

Entirely good experience from beginning to end. Staff in the office were friendly and helpful and special thank you to Lynne for managing to bring my installation date forward with virtually no notice. Measuring and fitting were done with great professionalism and we’re delighted with the result - the quality of the worktop is superb.
This is the kind of service you dream of: every member of the team was professional, friendly and went the extra mile to help. I’d recommend them 100%
