Once again excellent service from The Good Heating Company. A quick phone call made it very easy to arrange my annual boiler service. Frank, the Gas Engineer called to say what time he would arrive. The boiler was serviced efficiently and everything was tidy and clean at the end. Thank you.

The engineer worked efficiently and thoroughly.

The team have all been brilliant. They really kept me updated on the job as it progressed and obviously pride themselves on high service levels. Highly recommend!

The engineer answered all our questions and concerns he was clean and tidy with his servicing of our central heating system.

Jamie was quick and efficient. Always took his shoes off in the kitchen. Which is more than my family do.
He explained everything thoroughly and was patient explaining how the thermostat controls worked.
He left everything clean and tidy. Took all rubbish away with him. Would recommend your service to others.

The engineer came this morning to service my boiler which he carried out very satisfactorily. He also reset my timer for me. He was a very kind helpful man for whom nothing was too much trouble. I have been using this company for many years and wouldn't use anybody else. Thank you.

An engineer visited to remove the gas boiler from the loft to a more accessible place downstairs.

There was a lot of work Re piping the radiators etc. and I also had a new radiator fitted in the bathroom.

The engineer worked all day and part of the next.

Excellent work. Phil explained everything as he installed the radiators and the towel rail. As he worked and finished one he tided up all the mess that had been created. Once again thank you for the job you have done. Also would like to thank the office staff for their help when arranging the times and dates for quotes and installation.

Efficient, friendly service

Excellent all-round service by both the office staff and the Service Engineer. The latter was very efficient and thorough in all aspects of his work. The 'icing on the cake' for me was he took the trouble to explain and show me features of the CH Boiler which previously I had not understood.

So reassuring to have this local company looking after my mums boiler. Thankyou all.

My boiler was leaking and it was 10 years old. I had the good heating company come and look and quote for a replacement. The service I received was excellent and the installation was second to none. Woukd definitely recommend this company

The gentleman arrived on time and was very polite. On entering the house he put his over shoes on and then went on to do the yearly boiler inspection. ,he also checked the gas meter and checked that I new how to turn off the gas in an emergency! Before going he asked me if I had a carbon monoxide alarm which I don’t have but will be going to purchase one shortly. All in all he did a great job.

this was my first meeting with your company and the gentleman who came to help with my friends boiler was very polite helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him I would certainly recommend your company to my friends thank you very much.
