Excellent Company!
I’ve used The Gold Bullion Company for many years now and all transactions have been absolutely perfect. I did previously have a terrifying time with an order going missing with Royal Mail (no fault of this company) but the team were extremely helpful and professional in assisting me with the issue and successful reuniting of the package. I find the prices and buyback deals are very good and reasonable against market prices. The team have always been very pleasant to deal with over the phone and via email. Excellent customer service guys!

Within an hour received an excellent valuation. Gave the go ahead and money arrived in my account minutes later. Excellent service from Luke and the team at the Gold Bullion company. customer. She's my go-to also from now on. So helpful and full of suggestions for this newcomer, I will certainly be back again. I make two purchases annually to mark separate anniversaries and it is nice to know I can now talk to someone who understands what I want. What a change from the Royal Mint who had me tearing my hair out when I went to them first.
