First class service from order to fitting

Had an excellent experience with Glassmith Wales Ltd. Needed a bespoke shower door and they responded quickly to a query and from there were super helpful with advice and info, without being pushy.
Delivery on time and installed perfectly.
Can’t speak highly enough and would recommend them without hesitation.

Very fast response. From start to finish it was very easy. Communication was very good. All staff were lovely very professional. I was really happy with the price and the finished product is gorgeous.

The attention to my requests was good. I wanted to match a colour which Amy did using paint cour charts and it was a perfect way.

They were great with giving and staying with times and dates when booked. Dez bought a tile in the colour so.i could see it before it went on.

5star product and service!
We had painted our splashback temporarily before we decided what to do with it, but it was getting too steamy and constantly getting drip marks from it.
We asked The Glasssmith Wales to install our glass splashback and they even colour matched our original Farrow and ball paint colour!
It's been a month since installation, and it is so seamless and easy to maintain, and it doesn't even get steamy from heavy cooking(I don't understand how!!👀)
It is the final touch of our kitchen that brings it altogether and we can't be happier 😊

Faultless service from initial enquiry through to final installation. All members of staff were a pleasure to deal with and the splashback fitted is absolutely superb. I couldn't be happier with the finished result.

Brilliant service and product had a splash back of mirrored bronze glass fitted ,loved it so much had them again to fit it around my window ..the workmanship is excellent very professional clean and in and out in no time even took their shoes off and played down blankets ,I would like to recommend this firm to anyone ...thanks so much it finishes off my new kitchen with style .

My initial query was replied to within a day & Amy was such a help with information, questions & colours that would suit our new kitchen .
Nothing was too much trouble from advising to sending samples for us to choose.
Dez came to survey the kitchen & answered all my questions, very professional & knows his onions when dealing with installation & fitting.
The finished product is mind blowing, it really does finish the kitchen off .
The installation was slick & smooth , and very professional.

A very professional service provided by Glassmith Wales Ltd. Came and measured up gave us a timescale for manufacturing and installation, which was met. Team very professional when fitting our splashback and made sure every was clean and tidy before leaving. I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

Well what can we say! This is the second time we have used Dez and the team and believe you me their knowledge and skill is amazing. This time not only did they fit the glass but refitted whole kitchen and it is absolutely faultless. Excellent communication, clean and tidy and very hard workers. Nothing was too much trouble. We won an Instagram competition for a kitchen splashback, an item we actually needed following extensive renovation of our home! Amy and Dez were brilliant to work with, communication was excellent from the get go. Our beautiful reeded glass splashback was fitted last week and we are absolutely delighted!
