Just excellent service from Richard and his team, always prompt in replying and full of helpful advice, his training blogs are particularly useful. I have also just applied for a new mortgage and his response in preparing the necessary docs for the bank was near enough instantaneous! Believe me using the HMRC website is a total nightmare for these documents and can delay your house purchase badly, just top class service from an excellent accounting team

Richard, Julia and the team at TFA are such an amazing people to work with. I joined The Friendly Accountants in mid 2018 and have been very happy with them ever since. I am not an accounting person, and don't understand a lot of accounting terms, however Julia has been very patient and spent her time walking me through all transactions etc.... TFA first helped me back in 2018 - provided excellent guidance for what might have turned out to be a complex and alarmingly expensive year-end for me. Always available, always prompt and always a very human approach. Yes they covered their fee times over, but more importantly I felt properly looked after without being talked down to.
I hadn't expected to need them again but i didn't hesitate to get back in touch when circumstances changed again.
I do have a choice when it comes to my accountant. And I wouldn't change my decision to stick with TFA.

Sometimes 5 stars just isn't enough! I've been with TFA for a couple of years now and I can't imagine I'd ever look elsewhere for my accounting needs in future. Richard, Lesley and the team are absolutely fantastic, whatever the scale of your accounting needs.

They seem to have managed that almost impossible task of dealing with their customers very efficiently, without losing the human touch. It certainly feels like a friendly family business every time I contact them and I can't recommend them enough. TFA have gone above and beyond for us at AudioMob and they are actually very friendly! They have also provided some genuinely useful additional services, which are always recommended in a timely manner, as well as training and content to help you ramp up. They really are awesome! This is vital in growing your company as it encourages you to think past day to day operations and drill down into the more granular details of the business. I can not recommend the Friendly Accountants enough! They helped us out of a quite a few very sticky situations - including saving me from paying HUGE HMRC penalties on my personal tax, fixing and simplifying our accounts after our previous accountants messed up beyond words and also gave great advice on optimising our affairs for tax purposes! They saved us thousands! I will be forever grateful. They provide a well rounded service including technical accounts but also how to structure your accounts to optimise your tax costs, that is on top of a general great service with fast response times, detailed answers that are easy to understand and proactively providing guidance on specific topics! As COVID started they proactively reached out to check how they could help! Look no further worth every penny!
