If i could give no star i would. This company is a joke. Firstly my delivery was delivered to the wrong address and when I emailed the company they said there was nothing they can do. Luckily the person the parcel got delivered to was nice enough to return it to my address, by this time i didn’t need the perfume anymore as it was supposed to be a present. The company gave me the details to return it and i did, had to also pay for a recorded delivery. They received and signed for the item but never gave me a refund. I have tried to email them but no response now. Do not buy anything from them, the perfume also didn’t smell anything like the tom ford one i wanted.

Confirm what stated in other reviewis.

All good. Ordered Tom Ford Tobacco Oud 50ml. Came in nice glass bottle. Lovely fragrance, great price.

The three samples I purchased are the real deal - MFK B540 extrait Nishane Hacivat and MFK Silver Gentle Fluidity …. I was nose blind because this morning I am certainly getting the sillage from the cloths I sprayed yesterday ….. Apologies to the company

Taken money, no delivery since 6/1/23 (has to be in 2 working days), no response to my emails, no contact number, scam!

Seriously DO NOT order from this site they are fraudulent and I have reported them as a fraudulent company, they take your money with no confirmation email and you will never receive what you ordered, absolutely dreadful company.This site needs to be closed down immediately, SCAMMERS!!!!!!!

Paid £15 for 5ml bottle and it smells like raid fly spray, couldn’t believe it was so eager to try it but was so disappointed - not good people.

Check all of your samples against the real thing and approach with serious caution. I bought 3 samples for travelling, 2 of which I found were 100% fake. I am completely confident about this as I have the full, reall fragrances at home and could directly compare. The samples were watery, generic Ouds and didn't even smell close to what they were supposed to be! I emailed to complain and give the benefit of the doubt, see if he had made a mistake etc and the response from Greg (it's a single guy operation, not a team) was slow, abrupt and unprofessional - no acknowledgement of the issue or apology, I was simply told to send the samples back. I asked for a refund, but this was not offered either. I checked the T&C's on the website and it is stated they do not offer refunds for used samples, which of course you have to use it find out it is counterfeit! It's very clear I've been duped and am not going to get my money back without a long, drawn-out fight. Perhaps the odd sample sent out are real, I have no doubt there are a lot of customers being taken for fools here.

I am really happy with the service and the perfume 100% original.

Samples come in plastic bottles with a label attached. Ordered a couple Tom Ford fragrances as there was a promotion running. Happy with my purchase.

Terrrible - ordered on 19.12. Royal Mail Tracking lists that goods were received on 22.12 but no progress since then (and it is now 5th of January. Have emailed twice but no response. Thank god for Amex recharges

Never received my order but have ‘proof’ of a random signature that I’ve never seen before!? so will not refund me. Taken my money and not willing to do anything about it or show any sort of professionalism. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY. You won’t receive your goods or a refund.

It's a scam...miselling as the original perfume is on the main photo, to catch the eye, then small print says it's a sample...
The payment goes to Doctor Decans...another scam thing.
I emailed and had response back in 3 days ...had to send this rubbish back on my costs and likely was refunded 4 days after in my surprise.
Stay away ...this type of selling and cheating should not be allowed and legal!

Ordered on 18th November. I have emailed them twice with no reply. So seems as though this place isn't legit. Will raise with my bank! There website is very similar to others. Merry Christmas 🤬
